The equipment I rented did the job amazingly. I was impressed with the service. Delivery and pickup was also in a timely manner, and the driver's were polite. I will be renting from the Hahn on Thaine again.
They are extremely helpful when an emergency situation happened to get the right piece of equipment right before closing. I would recommend them highly on their courtesy and friendliness as well.

I rented their small mini x for a full 8 hour day, I was told the price and signed the contract. I ran the machine 6 hours.When I returned the machine washed and fueled i was told I went over the 4 hour rental agreement and charged an additional $85.00. I would have gladly payed upfront the fee for the full day which is what i thought i did but to have it sprung on me was a shock. On top of that the man I dealt with was defensive and rude. He belittled me for not reading the contract. The contract was not the point. The point was I was told one thing and provided another. It could have been chalked up to a simple misunderstanding but the managers defensive stance leads me to believe this was not an accident but intentional or in the least arrogant incompetence.

Shane and the rest of the crew were awesome to work with at the Thain Hahn. We had to rent from them on three separate days in the same week to complete our horses' automatic waterers installation. We were always treated nicely by the entire staff. Great bunch of guys! Definitely would use them again for future projects.

I rented a chainsaw for 4 hours.
342 pm they close at 530
I said I'd try to have it back by 530.
Vince told me in the morning would work. He said they opened at 730 and that's when my time would resume so I got it there at 910 am. I used this saw for ten mins and was charged a full day after clarification I wouldn't be.
On top of that I guess it comes with a wrench typically, I was given one and was questioned on its where abouts. They were pretty cool about me not having it as I wasn't given it. However they told me I had the saw 16 hours like I used it overnight. I get the time aspect of how long I had it but I wasn't given 4 hours of usable time with a way to return it.
You all should get on the same page because I probably won't rent from you again and will tell everyone who's going to this is what they can expect.
When Vince told me all this there was another gentleman present. I believe it was both different people today.
