It was 9:30pm and I didn't realize my keys had fallen down into my trunk when I was loading groceries in the parking lot and I was locked out of my vehicle. Called A-1 and they were there in about 10 minutes, had my vehicle unlocked within minutes, and waited there while I searched my trunk to make sure I found my keys and was going to be alright. They are professional, very dependable and super nice.

Highly recommend, Mason is an amazing example of customer service prioritizing helping others even when that means putting in extra work. I wouldn't have access to my car if it wasn't for him. He's a nice person and very knowledgeable.

My daughter car anti theft system made it so we couldn’t start her car. A1 came over to help but couldn’t get it done. Then he called me back and said he had one more idea and came back the next day and got it fixed. I would highly recommend A1 he went above and beyond.

My experience with the owner, Mason, Was wonderful! He got to me right away, even though he was coming from one job and headed to another right after me, so he was not short on jobs! He unlocked my vehicle within minutes, was courteous, and efficient and had the right tools to get the job done! I would recommend him and his company to anyone! A job well done! Thank you Mason!
