In the end our new countertops and backsplash can only be described as adequate. The main issue was with the person who did the measuring. He was not precise. This resulted in a delay and a new cut for the backsplash. Many small issues remain, all could have been better. One cabinet had to be lowered as the measurement was 1/2 inch short, resulting in unnecessary patching and painting for us. We were told by the person who measured, and by the installers that we had the choice of seam location. This is not the case. The office staff will not stand by what their employees state, they will quote the contract that all artistic and production is their decision. If this is important, discuss it up front.
Your worked Solomon probably shouldn’t defame someone’s character all over Facebook due to a present their family bought for them from us (back in october) and waited 3 months after to say something happened to said present and the bashed my husbands name ALL over Facebook definitely not professional or adult like. And I definitely wouldn’t want that on the face of my company. I can only imagine his customer service skills.

We recently had Granite Concepts install our gorgeous granite countertops and backsplash. We could not be more pleased. The installers did a terrific job, were very efficient and skilled!! We highly recommend them and thank them for giving us the kitchen of our dreams!!

Cody and Ashton (spellings?) did a fantastic job!!!!!!!! They were patient with any needed dimension tweeks and made each piece of countertop and full-height backsplash fit perfectly! We had Builder’s Grade quartz in Sparkling White installed: This quartz helped make our budget kitchen look fantastic! (For not much more than custom laminate countertops!?)
Thank you Granite Concepts NW!!!! I finally have an undermount sink! (In the photos included we still need to have the window trimmed, put artwork up, but we’re almost there!)

Granite concepts is awesome! They have the best customer service I’ve seen thus far. The slab I ordered was different than what came and the way they handled it was incredible. They care a LOT about their customers and any concerns that arise, they completely take care of you. I have gorgeous countertops with an awesome warranty. They have all my business in the future. Highly recommend.

Eric, Mike and all the staff at Granite Concepts went above and beyond to make sure the countertop was exactly what I wanted. Their prices were reasonable. Their work was professional. Their staff and installers were friendly. Top it off with the fact that they were able to get the materials installed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Granite Concepts.

Fantastic experience with Granite Concepts! The guy who came out to measure caught an error in our cabinet spacing, and the installers were fantastic and paid attention to every detail. Very professional, courteous, and good at their job. Couldn’t be happier!

We were recommended Granite Concepts by our kitchen designer and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone we dealt with was professional and very easy to talk to. They were prompt, accurate, and most importantly, had worksmanship that was second to none. My wife and I were blown away by their ability to hide seams on our quartz countertop installation. The counters look incredible. Fabrication and installation are as close to perfection as could possibly be achieved. Completely exceeded my already high expectations. Be assured, anyone I know needing counters will be referred to Granite Concepts. Thank you for the beautiful work!

All dealings with Granite Concepts were great. Always on schedule, service people were polite and left my house in great shape. Also good communication about schedule and preparations. Price was at the high end of average compared to Spokane installers. Counters and installation process couldn't have turned out any better. Would certainly recommend this place to have counters done.

First off I never got another bid from anyone else.Home depot gave us a ball park figure. But Granite Concepts were confident.Word of mouth is this company has great tradesman. from start to finish they were easy to deal with. from the sales floor to the end of bill. I think it was Paul who came out and measured, Very nice guy and explained everything. They also you some great equipment for the measuring and planning process so there is no errors.
Sheldon and Garret installed my counter tops. very professional guys. They did awesome work. Had a few minor snags and they knew exactly what to do to make any corrections and adjustments. I had a lot of trust with them. My counters looked great when they were finished. could not find one thing wrong. I have lived in the valley for 6 years and have seen and heard of this company grow. There customer service tells me why they are successful. I look forward to doing my other counter tops soon using Granite Concepts

We have been very impressed with everyone at Granite Concepts. The process, from picking out our materials, to scheduling, to measuring, and finally installation couldn't have been better. The people there are outstanding. We had an issue with one of the products, not with Granite Concepts or their installation. Granite Concepts didn't even flinch. They were honestly concerned with our happiness, and were willing to replace a section. I can't tell you how impressed we were. I think this is an exception rather than the rule in this day and age.
