Best prices in the valley. This company provided me with exactly what I asked for and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. They beat the other guy's prices by ALOT when I was taking bids.
This place is incompetent at best. We have a new construction home been in for 10 months, a window sash is cracked and they are unable to make the new sash fit. They lost most of our screens and had to reorder. The screens have arrived and they dont fit the patio doors and the tech are unable to make them fit. Anyone can place an order and get you what youneed. It's how a company responds when there is a problem that makes them good.

We went through Windows Doors and More (WDM) to purchase and install windows. They contracted installation through Moody Construction LLC. The Milgard windows are fantastic, but that’s where the good news ends. Moody Construction did very shoddy work installing the windows and WDM left all responsibility between me and Moody. Moody construction covered the weep holes with trim, windows were installed out of plumb, caulking was uneven and sloppy with many gaps, most windows were not centered, a few windows were undersized per Milgard installation instructions (1/4” gap allowed), multiple windows are missing shims, all of the windows are quite dirty (bird poop on the inside pane which Moody blamed on WDM for storing them outside which is also against Milgard instructions), argued that he didn’t need to obtain a permit though he was contractually obliged, and communication was quite difficult / non-existent. WDM didn’t hold their contractors feet to the fire and never made things right nor followed up when we noticed work being done wrong. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

WDM response to the above: “Hi Richard, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with both the windows and installation. If you're willing, please reach out to our store manager, Harold Kerley…”
We spoke with Harold numerous times and even asked him to come over and a see the issues for himself. We gave WDM many chances to make things right and they consistently dropped the ball. They ignored the issues and left me with poor installation and bird poop covered brand new windows.

The building is in the back of the store front with no open door just have to walk around back to find the place. Nothing in stock everything is 7 weeks out & a custom order even standard size windows and doors. Pricing is very spendy I'm sure it good quality but we just went back to home depot

I purchased a door from these guys, had it installed professionally. During installation the stain rubbed right off. I contacted Bill Williams to see if they would be willing to remedy the situation and they treated me with complete disrespect. At first, they refused to respond to my inquiries and then later said they would send a representative from the manufacturer to my house. I never heard back even after several more inquiries, until I contacted the Better Business Bureau. After this, I was treated with even more disrespect. I was told that I installed the door improperly, but I did not install it, rather I hired a contractor to do it for me.
I paid over $1300 for the door and another $375 to have it installed. I'm left needing to purchase another door because mine looks terrible.
I would definitely not recommend this company!

We had two patio doors installed. The final cost was exactly what they said it would be. The customer service was great. The installers, Gary and Edie were absolutely wonderful people. Hard working and very easy to work with. Overall we are extremely pleased.

They do very good work and are very helpful. Wayyyyy better than the box stores, and they even beat HD's price.
