Managed to scratch my quartz countertop. After looking at box stores for an answer, I tried of few actual stores that do countertops. I ran into Theresa there and she was very helpful. I sent her pics via email, she followed up with a contractor, and someone came to the house. Contractor came to the house, did the job quickly, and left. The scratch is almost 100% gone and we are pleased. Great work.

John and Theresa are a pleasure to work with. They are humble and always had my best interests in mind. I don’t believe that taking short cuts to save time and money are part of their philosophy. If they cannot do the work themselves, they will bring in a competant professional to do the work the right way. In my opinion, that is a great character trait. Their recommendation on how to proceed with our remodel was delivered with confidence and at the same time, they listened to what we wanted and discussed the pros and cons of our vision of the house. Ultimately, most decisions incorporated some question of quantity or quality. Based on my experience, I believe John and Theresa are more about the quality. That said, if you need cheap, they will work with you there also. The reason for five star is because I appreciated the manner in which they interacted with us and our project.
