This company did an excellent job for us taking out our tub in the master bathroom and replacing it with a walk -in shower. They were on time
and finished in a timely matter and did a great job of cleaning up everything. Definitely would recommend them. Thanks Tristian and your team.

I have worked with this company for years as a plumbing professional. We have referred them to many customers who always seem to be more than satisfied. We have also used them on our own projects and repairs which have met or exceeded our expectations. The business has been owned and operated by a great family with high morals and that instills confidence for me when referring them out.

They Sent a repairman to work on an expensive walk in tub. He had no silicone to finish putting the panels back on nor did he have any tools. I mean none. I had to give him tools to work with and silicone. He did a terrible job with the silicone work. Complained he was to old to do this job. This company will not be back in my home.

We encountered Tristan at the home show at the Idaho center in February or early March. We were impressed with his professionalism at the time. We scheduled a estimate for later that week. He was prompt and on time, he gave us a very fair estimate. Then Covid 19 hit and everything got delayed. Tristan remained in touch and as before was professional. About 8 weeks went by and we were able to schedule. The work that was being performed was installing a shower in our main floor bathroom. Our home was built in 1962 and never had a shower- tub combo. Part of the estimate was to replace the drywall as we were concerned that there may be some damage behind the original surround. On the day of the installation, Tristan and his crew were once again prompt. The plumber did his part very quickly, allowing the rest of the project to be completed the same day. The laminate goes to the ceiling eliminating any potential for water damage. No drywall needed to be replaced making the project less than the estimate. We love our shower and wish that we had done this much earlier. We completely recommend BathCrest of Idaho. Tristan is a businessman with integrity. And his crew follows his example. Sorry this was long, but I feel it helps to demonstrate who you will be dealing with if you choose to take advantage of their service.

BathCrest was wonderful to work with. From the moment we called them they have been responsive, on time and courteous. Brady came in, assessed the problem, came up with a plan to fix it and got the job done. No muss, no fuss. When we decide to fully remodel the bathroom we'll choose BathCrest, over the other Re-places out there.

We had Bathcrest refinish our fiberglass tub and shower 27 years ago. They came back today to touch up a few spots for a very good price. The father did the original job and his son did the touch up today. I like giving my money to a family run business!

BathCrest was able to fix a tub that was damaged during a remodel project so well that I had difficulty finding where the original damage was. The were also prompt, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend.

Eleven years ago BathCrest turned our ugly blue tub into a beautiful white one that has held up through all these years of raising our family. Now that we must sell our home of 40 years, I called BathCrest to repair a few dings and was pleased to find that time has not changed the service and quality of this family owned business. We decided to repair our bathtub that had a pretty big crack in it and BathCrest was a great choice! They guarantee their work with a five year warranty. Tristan was very straightforward when he came to our home to give us a bid. The technician took a little over a day to finish up and they were able to schedule our repair before our family came into town! Such an easy process. I would highly recommend them!

They refinished an old claw foot tub for me 20 years ago. It gets used almost every day and scrubed at least once a week. In 20 years I've had them come back twice for minor touch ups and it still looks great. I love that they're still there when I call and are willing to work around my schedule.

I highly recommend Bath Crest. From beginning to end, their information and work was excellent, professional and respectful. We had them install a new shower because the shower floor pan in our old shower was cracked and leaking water. The individual who initially came to our house to give an estimate was thorough in providing information and that gave us confidence to proceed with them. Then the two men who installed the new floor and walls were pros who did a perfect job and were pleasant and respectful in a way made me very comfortable with their presence while they completed the 2-day's work. Bathcrest redid my bathroom about a year ago. I'm still as pleased with it as I was the day it was done. The acryllic surround looks amazing and is so much easier to clean. The technicians were efficent and professional. I'm looking forward to having them redo our second bathroom in the near future.
