We used CCH for living space - kitchen remodel with a deck install. The team at CCH made it very easy to navigate the remodel. This was our first time doing any major home repairs and thankfully they walked us through every step with ease. Brandon was the onsite manager and was amazing to work with on a daily basis. Communication was a breeze with their phone app that provides daily updates and easy option selection. Alicia was super helpful with the numerous selection that had to be made. The team at CCH helped build our family living space to a place we are all happy to come home to. Post remodel we did come across a couple of warranty claims that Mike and Brandon were speedy at getting them fixed.

We reached out to CCH Design to design and build a fireplace in our new home. The team was very prompt and responsive about getting all our rough ideas refined and designed. Their on-staff interior designer, Alicia, was especially good at bouncing ideas and showing us options that I didn’t even know were available. Mike and his team used CAD software to make design renderings of the final product, which made the design process more exciting than overwhelming. While we did have some fairly major issues with a new subcontractor’s work, who is no longer with the company, CCH quickly addressed the problem. They completely rebuilt the mantle and replaced the tile at what I can only assume was great personal expense to the company. Brandon in particular showed exceptional professional integrity and attention to detail in transforming our ideas into a reality. I was frankly blown away by the way the build was handled after a rough start. I love how the fireplace turned out. You will not find a company with more integrity in the Treasure Valley. I would use their services again in a heartbeat.

We looked at several companies over a few years to update our living room and theater room. Eventually we landed on CCH and really glad we did. Mike came out to look at what we were wanting to do. After the initial meeting, we sat down with the designer and began to map out our vision. Tracy worked with us to design the overall look, from cabinetry style to colors that would tie into the rest of the house. Once complete, the renderings looked very realistic and something we could envision. After the scope of work and contracts were complete, we picked out our cabinets, stone and stone color, countertops for the cabinets and theater room, and paint. Demo and construction took about three months, which was shorter than anticipated. Mike and Scott made it very clear that site protection is very important. They ensured existing structure was not affected and work areas were protected and cleaned afterward. Once it was all said and done, we were extremely pleased with how everything turned out. The final products looked exactly like the renderings and our vision. The quality of work is top notch. Scott was easy to work with and communicated well. He managed the sub-contractors and we didn’t have to worry about any of it. Overall, communication was excellent, quality of work is excellent, and the entire team delivered on what they promised.

CCH did an absolutely beautiful remodel of our kitchen, dining room, family room, and first floor hardwood flooring. Mike was pleasant to work with during the design, listening to our specific needs and sharing his expertise to reach our goals. Part of our remodel was during Christmas, and he got the project to a good midpoint so that we could celebrate in “minimal chaos.” ;-) The team kept on schedule, and we appreciated being able to know what was coming next by using the project tracking app. Our remodel involved about 50% of our home, so we felt pleased that the job was completed within the projected three-month timeline and that we were able to live in our house during construction. If we have another remodel in our future, we’ll definitely call CCH Design!

I loved working with CCH. They remodeled my entire house. The project was a challenging one as my house was built in 1949 and was in very rough shape. Mike, however, saw a lot of potential in my house and was able to get started on the project right away. Mike was professional and very easy to work with. I want to give a big shoutout to the guys that worked on the project everyday and at one point basically lived with me. Scott and Spencer are absolutely amazing and did such a great job. They built a beautiful kitchen and the tile backsplash made my kitchen look awesome. I would definitely recommend this company. I will be staying in touch with them for future projects. Mike and his team at CCH Design did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen and adjoining seating area in the Spring of 2019. They brought our 1970s though 90’s space into this century. From the first day we meet Mike he was very professional, friendly and helpful. He sat down with us, discussed our likes and dislikes and then came up with an impressive new kitchen design. His team assigned to the project was just as helpful. They arrived and keep the space extremely clean during the remodel. They provide excellent advice and held our hands, as we requested, regarding recommendations on fixtures, counter tops, colors, etc… Without his team, we never would have been able to end up with such an amazing kitchen. The remodel was done within a few months, on time and exceeding our expectations. When any issues or concerns came up, Mike promptly addressed and kept the project moving forward. Since the remodel we have dramatically increased the use of the kitchen and adjoining seating area. Our family and friends are amazed with the transformation, as are we. We highly recommend CCH Design and would use them again in an instant to remodel another part of our home.
