We have been trying to get are very expensive brand new kitchen aid refrigerator replaced but the rep or the store won't we have to fix it for 3 months. Product arrived broken but probably they cant get another one for us. Hopefully the repairs work.
Mike, the showroom manager, went above and beyond to ensure he had a satisfied customer. We had an issue with an item that was outside of the return period. He did the right thing and accepted the return anyway and got us into a product we are very happy with.

Staff was rude, they only display some of their offerings and that is understandable when your showroom isn't big enough to display all of it. Unfortunately their website only had one picture of what we were looking for and that wasn't enough for what we were doing. The real issue came when their outside sales staff told us they had what we were looking for in the showroom so we drove from Marsing just to find out they don't have it on display. We had several associates walk by while we were there and even one sitting at a desk eating despite it being 2pm but no one asked if we needed help. We walked around the showroom several times before a rude woman walking by finally asked if we had been helped. She appeared to be heading somewhere else and seemed bothered that we existed. She did tell us that the sales reps always send customers to the showroom for items that they don't actually have on display before she rudely walked off encouraging us to go to Home Depot even though they carry the same product we were looking for. We are finishing a remodel before we start construction on a new home in spring. Another family member just finished construction on a new build and had to deal with these folks, she had a similar experience on multiple occasions. I know Ferguson is a popular choice for the local contractors but I promise they will not get any of our business.

We're remodeling our main bath. We found everything we went there to find, all of the shower fixtures and sink faucets. We plan to come back when it's time to do our kitchen. They have pretty much everything you could need

I was disappointed with this visit. The front desk ladies seemed cold and unbothered. Most of the appliances were dirty, including a mug that sat so long with something in it that the substance dried up at the bottom and was still on display. There was an old shrunken lemon and gross-looking leftovers in a fridge as well as opened food in the freezer. I was expecting more pride for a place that sells high-end products.

We arrived unannounced but Julia was able to meet w/us. Lovely showroom & she didn't take us literally but introduced us to another brand we may consider...hoping pricing is nationwide competitive.

I use the plumbing supply side of Ferguson, unlike other supply houses I use they are rarely out of the parts I need to get my jobs done. Even though it gets busy and lines are backing up, Art gets me checked out quickly. He's one of Ferguson's all-stars!
The fixture gallery is one of the best in town. I send my customers in to pick out their new fixtures. I get extra work after some of my customers find even more great products there.

Today Luke from Ferguson's made my day! He was knowledgeable and patient with helping me today for our Bradford White water heater purchase. That's why he's the expert, he told me where to go and Art, the guy at the counter that would know what to do when I get there. When I got there, it was a smooth transaction, everything I needed ready to go. We love Ferguson's!

I previously posted a one star about our experience with Ferguson(had a bad experience with their showroom staff and then our dishwasher broke several months after the one year warranty) after seeing our review and reaching out they offered to replace our dishwasher with an upgrade and we only paid for the installment. I was impressed with their offer and have added several stars, i wish i could give them a five star but..... A few weeks later our microwave broke, again a few months after the one year warranty expired. I think the company made a great effort to work with us but I haven’t been impressed with their products thus far. I am hoping the new dishwasher will prove this wrong. But be mindful that not all products they offer are long-lasting and what you would expect out of an appliance!

Beautiful showroom and friendly staff. They also have a great plumbing desk with helpful staff and quality parts. We bought a nice water heater for less than a big box store charges.

Mary was very helpful today when we stopped in to Ferguson to look at kitchen appliances, toilets and bathroom vanities. We had a very positive experience and bought a vanity and toilet. We are doing a remodel project on a house we are selling so will likely be back to shop again soon.

I read the reviews and decided to give them a try despite some negativity. That was our first mistake. We arrived to purchase two ceiling fans, a laundry room light and to check prices on a drawer microwave. When we walked in there were only two other customers there and approximately five employees. No one could be bothered to greet us, ask if we needed help or had any questions. Finally I approached a gentleman and inquired about the ceiling fans. He replied they only had a few at the moment turned and walked away. Since we were treated with indifference we felt like they obviously didn’t care about our business. From there we went over to contractors lighting store where we received completely different treatment and made all of our purchases there. Matthew provided us with excellent customer service and another team member finished helping us when Matthew had an appointment show up. Don’t bother wasting your time going to Fergerson, who has employees not interested in you or your money.

Great group of people. Very friendly and helpful. Went in as the home owner to do a warranty replacement through Bradford White and they were a great resource! Angie at the parts desk was extremely helpful and I appreciated the friendly "can do" additude. Thanks again Ferguson!!
