We truly couldn’t be happier with Idaho Roofing Contractors! Ben Thompson was our sales rep and was awesome to work with. He took his time explaining the entire process and gave us lots of options to consider while answering all of our questions! On the day of install, their crew arrived at our home right on time and immediately got to work! I couldn’t believe how organized, professional and polite they all were! They all worked really hard and got our entire roof done in under 9 hours!! 9 HOURS for a complete tear-off and re-roof which also included the removal of 2 skylights as well as replacement of 2 others, not to mention the meticulous clean up of the entire area! They even put back all my patio furniture and potted plants when done! Aside from our beautiful new roof, you would never even know that they were here! I absolutely would (and already have) recommended them to family and friends!

Owens-Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black, new ridge vents, valley metal flashing, new drip edge and underlayment. The crew removed the old shingles, underlayment, flashing and drip edges in just over half a day. They also took out the old vents and a burned out powered roof fan out and replaced it with ridge vents as part of the new roof in just over half a day. All in all took less than 2 days to complete the work. Also cleaned up really well and ran a magnet around the house and lawn to pick up loose nails. It’s only been a week or so but I’ll update the review if anything comes up over time.

Very happy with our new roof and the entire process from start to finish. Will D. was great! Will came and looked at our roof and while he was on the roof made us an awesome video showing us everything and explaining things. It was great! He then helped us figure out what do with suggestions and no high pressure, he is very genuine and wanted what was best for us, but it was our decision. From there the crew that did the install was very professional and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. They also took pictures and sent them to me during the process. I was also notified during the entire process by text group what was going on. I wish all my experiences could be this great with other companies. Then the next day someone came to inspect the workmanship of the install and checked the cleanup job the crew did. This place is awesome. I would highly recommend Will and this company. Thank you again for a smooth, pain-free process.

Very unsatisfied with the work this group provides and the pricing that they push to incur. Upon my first request I had been recommended to them via gutter group who told me what needed fixed and replaced. Indicated facia and the drip edge needed removed. This group gave me a price stating that they would do it for a certain price. After a while they came back that they could do it for a greater price to remove the metal drip edge. Afterwards they said they couldn't do it at all but never moved down the price. Their justification for keeping the price high was because they bought the "wrong" size facia board but it cost more and I had back and forth with them to bring the price back down. A year later the facia broke down and I called them to come back out to fix it as it being the wrong size and it falling off of the front of my house. They said they would call back for a reschedule and I haven't heard from them since. I do not recommend them as their work was poorly done and they left the drip edge pulled up but just broken around the whole house. Pictures attached
