I have zero reservations giving the highest marks to LaFever for their work on my roofing project. From the bid, scheduling, tear-down, install, clean-up, and billing the entire operation was professional, timely, and well-managed. This is a 'go-to' company to get your roofing needs handled - excellent work!
We hired Lafever roofing to tear off our old wood shake roof and put up asphalt shingles. We had them do the house, the garage and an outbuilding. As is somewhat typical for a wood shake roof, the construction was different but Lafever handled it like the pro's they are. The quote was competitive but the detail, communication and work and care of the project is what made the difference. They communicated the details throughout the project, which was difficult being the property is remote with little cell coverage. We appreciated how they handled every little detail of the project and will use them again and highly recommend them.

I called to get a quote on a roof repair from a storm and this company was great to work with, did not try to oversell and was great about communicating and did a good job!

John from Lafever came to look at our roof today. He was extremely polite and helpful, communicated well and answered all our questions. They installed our original roof in 2005. When our insurer found defective shingles this year, LaFever helped us navigate a product recall from the shingle manufacturer. They did a good job replacing the roof at a fair price.

La fever has been the best roofing company I’ve ever worked for. They treat their employees like family and make sure everyone is taken care of to their best ability. The LaFever Roofing estimate came in considerably lower than their competition (same quality and brand of shingles). Chad answered all our questions prior to signing the contract. Cole and his crew showed up early, worked diligently and helped with things that needed to get done. Cole gave me his cell number and told me to call if I needed anything or had any questions. He continued to check in with us until the final inspection. All their personnel were friendly and courteous and they worked on Saturday to get the job done. We recommend LaFever Roofing, indeed.

We chose to work with LaFever after Watching roofing projects in progress around our area, speaking with others who have worked with LaFever & with various other roofing companies in the vicinity, that along with conducting other research as well.
We felt the price they quoted us was fair and reasonable. They tore off the old worn out roof and replaced our existing skylight. Their crews showed up on time, worked diligently and seemed to take pride in their work. Through the process they did run into a few relatively minor problems, due to the initial construction of the house, but their workers were knowledgeable and able to fix all issues. We are happy; both with the results, and that there was no fluctuation in the pricing on our final bill. We feel that our roof looks wonderful, and are pleased that this company stands behind both its products and their workers craftsmanship. They did a most excellent job at clean up (each day!), showing concern and care around a property that; with lots of vegetation and landscaping; had to be a challenge to deal with.
We were impressed with LaFever and their employees; we appreciated the positive nature of our dealings with Chad and each of the crews that came in. They were professional and efficient, finishing the project earlier than expected; without their job feeling either rushed or like any subpar workmanship had been done. Everyone was courteous, and those that needed to be were communicative; it was nice being kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Chad came by every day to track the progress of our project and keep us informed, making it such a pleasure doing business with LaFever, we highly recommend them.
