We had lost electricity in two rooms on the backside of our home. Ken came out and did an inspection offering various options to solve the problem. Once going over the options and making a decision Ken returned with Brandon the following day and in just a a matter of a couple hours located and fixed the problem and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing the entire time. They were both professional and did quality work. I recommend Cheetah Electric to anyone with work that needs to be done in their home. Thank you!
When I called Cheetah regarding electrical work needed for a bathroom remodel, I never expected such a quick response. Phone conversations with Kaylee were convivial and helpful. Ken and Brandon were informative, professional, and completed all needed work in one day, while we shared stories about a number of topics, not all related to electrical work. Thanks, Cheetah, for making what is often a headache a pleasant experience.

Ken was very thorough, kind, and eager to help me. Ken recommended that my new bathroom light be mounted to the vanity, not the wall. His suggestion was the perfect solution.
Savanah, their dispatcher was energetic, welcoming and fun. She was also professional.

I really was impressed with Dennis and (I'm sorry I forgot his partners name). They were friendly and informative. They did a great safety check and explained every thing throughly. I will definitely be using Cheetah electric again. Also I finally got my light over my sink fixed which was a really big deal for me. Thank you so much.

From the first phone call, Kaylee was very helpful and pleasant. I was very happy that someone was able to come out the next day! I received a call prior to the technician arriving. Dennis arrived on time and explained everything before he got started. He resolved our problems the same day. We’re very happy with the service and customer care!

Dennis and Brandon did a great job, they were both professional, attentive to detaiIs, and fast. They worked together and separately to get all the things I needed done ahead of schedule. They always had there boot covers on, and cleaned up when they were done. I am extremely happy with their work and with Cheetah Electric. This company has been great, from the wonderful conversations with Savanah and Gracy for scheduling the work, to Dennis and Brandon's work, I totally reccomend Cheetah Electric.

Positive experience using Cheetah Electric. It was easy to communicate with the office staff and they were able to schedule me quickly. Ken was personable and efficient at troubleshooting and installing a new breaker, surge protector, outlet, bedroom ceiling fixtures, and porch light. I like their upfront pricing and membership services, and I would recommend this company to others.

Half of the outlets went out in my house. My wife and I did a number of troubleshooting options ourselves to no avail. Decided to call a professional and I did not get one. I payed $760 and all the electrician did was pulled the outlets from the wall and bang on the walls. His exact response was as “I don’t know what’s wrong.” So basically, I paid $760 just for him to say I need to pay another $880 to re-feed my wires. He also chipped paint on my wall in a couple of different places. In conclusion, I am out $760, still don’t know what’s wrong, and I have to pay another $880 to maybe get it fixed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I do not recommend Cheetah Electric.
