This review is for the customer service; we did not end up buying from them. I had called this establishment because they were listed as authorized dealers for Blanco products. We just moved into our new home that has a Blanco Super Sink, and we wanted a stainless steel sink basin rack. The woman I spoke to at first didn't understand what I wanted, and then went to look. She came back on the line to tell me that they could special order for me. I thanked her and hung up. A few days later (yesterday) we drove down from our home in Star. The gentleman that met us, whose name is Rick, I believe, was very nice and attempted to help us. We explained what we wanted and he said we would have to wait for a woman to be free to help us. I'm not sure why. We waited a bit, and then Rick said that we could leave our name and contact number, and they would research and call us. We thanked them and left. It's a 30 minute drive down from our home, but we didn't mind. In the meantime, I began to think about my conversation with Rick. He was interested in the color of our sink, and since we wanted a stainless-steel sink rack, I couldn't see how that mattered. I wondered if he misunderstood me. Ultimately, I ended up buying the rack from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I called this morning just after 7 when they opened, introduced myself, informed the gentleman that I was no longer in need of ordering our item, and to please pass the message on to the appropriate person, which would be Rick. Just now, about 2 pm, Rick calls to tell me about the "sink" we wanted to order. He made no mention of my phone call this morning. When I clarified that we wanted a stainless-steel basin rack, he said that he thought we wanted a sink. I told him that we didn't need to order it any longer as I had purchased it already, he said, "Well we can order that for you." I restated that I had already ordered it, and we then hung up. In summation, Rick was/is a nice guy that was sincere in trying to help us. However, the miscommunication concerns me for any future business there, as I'm fairly certain that I mentioned wanting a basin sink rack and not a sink. And the fact that the gentleman this morning did not pass on my message to Rick also gives me pause for thought. Most places are a 30 minute drive for us from Star. I'd be inclined to go to another plumbing supply store before returning here.

My plumber asked if they had supplies, they said yes. I sent a runner to pick up up and they say they don't have it. I call and ask if they have it, and they say yes, they Should. I sent my runner back, they don't have it. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INVENTORY DON'T JUST SAY YOU "SHOULD" HAVE IT.

Where do I start, I was running all around Boise and Nampa trying to find some special plumbing fixtures which nobody else seemed to have. I was on a wild goose chase and finally stopped into Standard Plumbing Supply in Nampa. I believe the Lady who greeted me was Haily, she was WONDERFUL! She actually had the first part I needed in stock but I needed two of them. After checking she found another one, we were on a role. So I asked about another part and she had that too, I was surprised! Last but not least, she actually gave me a part I needed which matched perfectly to the existing finishes I was looking for. She actually gave it to me, I was IMPRESSED! She also gave me a break on the other plumbing parts on top of all that! She was really helpful and kind, professional and knowledgeable yet down to earth. I was so happy to get all my needs met in one place. Thank you so much! Sabrina and the Standard Plumbing Supply Team were very helpful with replacement parts needed for my Moen faucet. She was kind enough to give me the replacement parts and saying they were covered under the warranty! They have an extensive selection of fixtures and I highly recommend their five-star service.
