Ryne was a terrific technician. He was punctual, worked clean, and resolved the issue expediently. He also provided tips to help me maintain my furnace and AC outside of my scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend his work.
Scott gave us exceptional service today!! He is very friendly and professional. Scott is very knowledgable of the heating and air conditioning systems. As it turned out we needed four pounds of coolant added to our AC system. All the work was accomplished extremely well. Thank you Scott for doing a great job for us. Scott is an outstanding technician. My A/C was down yesterday. When Scott showed up, of course the A/C was working. Scott didn't leave, he diagnosed my system and found the issue! Only a knowledgeable and professional technician would do that. Great job!!

Excellent company to work with! My first impression was how easy it was to book an appointment online. I was also able to get service the very next day! The service team kept in constant contact with me for upfront pricing and scheduling. Brandon the technician showed up promptly on time, used extreme care and cleanliness in my home, and completed the service in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Owhyee!

I had Ryan out here and he was so nice. He was very helpful too. Definitely would recommend them. Our Carrier mini splits weren’t working so he came out to give me a quote and had them working before he left. He was also very honest and wasn’t trying to upsell anything really seemed to have our best interest! Thank you so much!

I sent an email request and in less than 24 hours I had Brandon at my door! He was kind, friendly and did a good job. Reasonable affordable prices. I got an ac tune up and Refrigerant fill. My house is much cooler now and we don’t need to have the ac at 70 degrees now we have it at 73 degrees.

Like all AC companies, Owyhee Heating and Air was booked pretty far out when my air conditioner quit during a heat wave with 107 degree days for the next week. But, they tried hard to get to me and did so much sooner than anyone else was going to. The technician who came to my home was polite and professional. He explained what was wrong, how much it would cost and how much was under warranty (not much). He had it fixed quickly and cleaned out the unit before he left. Old-school work ethic, you know, like existed before 2020. I will absolutely call Owyhee the next time I need this service.

I had an issue with my air conditioner and I called Owyhee heating and air. Scott was the technician that arrived at my house. Scott was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. I explained what was happening and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He replaced the faulty part and had us back up and running in no time. He was thorough in explaining what he had found. He went above and beyond by cleaning the condenser unit and answered questions that i had. I highly recommend Scott and Owyhee Heating and Air.

Owyhee replaced our furnace and air conditioner around September of 2023. It was perplexing to find our furnace wasn't working. It took us some time to realize our home became very cold. We called, service came the very next day and had our furnace running within minutes. He educated us as to why and how the furnace had been triggered to turn off. He wrote up his call and didn't charge us a penny. We are seniors and very impressed with his attitude and ability to explain the cause and remedy. This man is the best to have on your side. Thank you as well for your excellent customer service.
