My second experience with Apollo was even better than the first. I highly recommend Shawn from Apollo if you need a plumber. I had a leak in the main water line from the street to my house. I had the insurance recommended by Veolia. They refused to cover the repairs. The water line runs under my house and comes up through the basement floor. The said they only cover to the wall. They proposed a kludgy solution to push a new line from the basement to the front yard (not covered) and then patch in (not replace) the existing line. For just a little more, Shawn and Apollo replaced the whole line, with a new connection to the shutoff in the house. Shawn explained the work in detain before started, he kept us informed of each step during the process. He got out water running again quickly. They respected all of our landscaping. Top quality all the way.

Routine service to prepare for summer. Ryan and Tyler were superb. Took the time to meet my dogs and walk me through what they were doing. Attention to detail and pride in their work was evident. Will have Apollo back before winter to service my furnace. updated since I had them test my water quality today and no issues. No push to sell me a filter I didn't need. Look forward to hot water on demand. Thanks.

Ryan was amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and had his apprentice Ethan with him, who was eager to help. They went over every detail of my HVAC system and made recommendations without being pushy. When they left, I noticed a new noise, so I called the company. They turned around, came back, and fixed the issue! I am very happy, thank you Apollo.

Very impressed with this company! There was a live person to talk to at 7 AM when my hot water heater went out Sean the plumber was at my house at 9 AM. He Diagnosed the issues, thoroughly and efficiently and by 1 PM, I had a brand new hot water heater. Absolute five star service with expert parts and installation knowledge and the price that can’t be beat. He’s my Plumber for life and Boise. Much appreciated!
