Prime Plumbing is our go to plumbing company. Guy Dunne is the technician we usually work with, and he is wonderful! He installed our water softener and reverse osmosis system in our previous home, and today he installed a reverse osmosis system in our new home. He also corrected a poorly connected water softener system put in previously! We have never had a bad experience with Prime Plumbing!

I purchased both an RO and Water Softening system from Prime Plumbing and it was a great experience. Guy made sure that any of my questions were answered during installation and the company as a whole does a great job of communicating. He even threw in a new faucet installation (faucet purchased at Costco) for free which shows the type of customer service you can expect from them!

I highly recommend Guy at Prime Plumbing. I contacted Prime Plumbing to install a utility sink in my garage. Guy came out, advised me on the type of sink I should buy, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I called once the sink arrived and he was able to do the install within 3 days. I watched Guy work and he is not only thorough but meticulous. He assembled the sink and attached it to my plumbing. He treated my garage with the same respect as if he was working on the inside of my home. He went the extra mile by caulking the edge of the backsplash where it meets the wall. He also volunteered to take away all the packaging the sink came in. I plan on using Guy for all my plumbing needs - 5 stars doesn’t do him justice. It’s nice to find a plumber that is knowledgeable, professional and fairly priced.
