Scammer, paid up front for materials and he never purchased, currently in a law suit.
I would not use this company if my life depended on it. He has stole our money, never completed a room with the granite 100%, told lie after lie and given excuse after excuse for over a year now. We had to hire someone else to finish our granite in every bathroom, kitchen, entryway and stairs and also fix some of the stuff he already did. He promised so much in the beginning and then would never follow through or even show up when he was supposed to. When he did show up it was for 10 to 15 minutes and say he needed measurements then wouldn't see him again for a couple weeks, if that. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!

Scam of a business. Do not use unless you like losing money. Never finished the bathroom work I asked for, ruined my bathroom, then when I asked for my deposit back Chad gave me a fraudulent check from a fraudulent account. He has been reported to the authorities.
I now have to pay my bank fees for attempting to deposit a fraudulent check, and now have to pay nearly 25,000 dollars to demo and redo the shoddy work he did. Never ever use Idaho Tile and Granite for any of your remodeling needs.
Also caught him taking illegal substances on my property.

They did an amazing job. Updated our old granite countertops and did a better job than when it was installed.

Chad hooked me up with a nice granite slab that I was able to make a dual vanity with for our master bath it was perfect and he was extremely flexible and willing to help. The guys at the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

WORST experience ever, never completed fixing the cabinets,let alone the quartz countertops, that we're supposedely completed and ready. What he did had to be redone. He had another job that was more important, this job was supposed to have taken a weekend or by May 17 asked him to stop July 16th. Very disrespectful and always had an excuse for not working. He did send me what a new set of cabinets would be, glad I did not go that route. Told me I was taking advantage of him and hung up on me when I requested part of the deposit back. I have photos of before and after, not much changes.

I used Idaho tile and granite to replace my kitchen counter top, and remodel my bathroom! The owner was extremely professional he did the job in a timely manor, and his workers were extremely nice. Sean and Chad were very mindful of my house and when the job was done they cleaned it all up! I will recommend them to family and friends! Thanks for making this experience as easy as it could be!

I have a white granite lamp from India, which is very delicate. It was broken in several places. Chad performed a perfect repair yesterday. The elegant item looks brand new now. Chad is a very careful artisan and I would highly recommend him to perform any type of stone work in your home -- large or small. You won't be disappointed!!
