Mike and his crew are absolutely amazing. When the gentleman came out to measure, he was very through and asked and answered a lot of questions. He made sure there wouldn't be preventable surprises. The two guys that came out to install took their time and made sure everything was perfect and even took the time to answer my questions. I am extremely pleased with how my countertops turned out and all the hard work to make sure they looked awesome. The customer service before, during and after was wonderful. They definitely know how to put the customer back into customer service. Thank you very much Mike and crew ? ?

Mike and the rest of the team at Treasure Valley Granite were great to work with all the way from the process of templating to install. They were able to provide multiple detailed views of the countertop cutouts so that we could arrange parts of the stone specifically where we wanted them before our countertops were cut. Great communication. They even helped removed a heavy piece of old countertop and placed it in our garage for us. Everyone was very professional and the countertops look amazing.

No communication regarding layout so seams that could have been hidden are in prominent place. Rude assistant manager. Worked to resolve but ultimately not satisfied with result. Could have been avoided with communication. Modifying my review to a 2 star as the install employees were excellent, polite and friendly. If communication would have occurred regarding the layout, we would have purchased another slab of granite that was on hold. I hope people review this and realize how important communication is to a satisfactory result. Regarding 1 star review: I will make sure to leave 5 stars for all of the great businesses we have dealt with. That will certainly reflect a true perception of my reviews. All this reflects is that I have neglected to give feedback to others when deserved. For those reading this: Make sure communication is available to discuss any potential issues. I have mentioned two areas that need to be improved on by your business. Should communication have occurred early, we could have avoided this negative review.

Worked with Mike and his crew to replace all countertops in our house. Quote was professional, detailed, and timely. Everyone we worked with was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We did the project in two parts. The first part went absolutely seamlessly. The second part was a more stressful partly due to how tight our project fit on the slab we chose and partly due to an unclear install timeline. Mike had concerns with our slab and encouraged us to come look at the issues to make sure we were happy with the final product. We went out to the shop, reviewed the issues, and decided to move along as planned. They did an amazing job and were very pleasant to work with.

A service and product business that actually provides real customer service. Mike and his crew accommodated my timing to coordinate with a cabinet and wood floor installation. Treasure Valley Granite worked with the contractors with no drama, no issues, and no egos. Very professional. Both the measurement and installation crews showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and answered all our questions. I called Mike from Treasure Valley Granite and within a few days he had two of his guys come to my house repair the chip. Unless you knew exactly where to look, you’d never find the repair. Mike and his team were excellent to work with on our kitchen & bathroom countertops. We're happy with the finished product. We did have one material issue with a part of the bathroom vanity slab. While that should have been caught by our stone supplier and isn't completely on TVG they did step up and remedy the issue to make it right for us and keep us happy as a customer. The strongest tell tail of any business is how they handle an issue like that. For those considering TVG I'd tell you, that you'll be able to count on them to stand behind both their work and making you happy in the face of any unforeseen issues. Thanks TVG

We were renovating our kitchen and Costless (where we purchased from their large inventory of different types of rock slabs) suggested Treasure Valley Granite (TVG) to cut and prepare the rock for installation as a countertop. I can't tell you how fortunate for us that suggestion was! Mike Janousek did a remarkable job cutting and polishing the stone; Ernie Campbell was masterful in creating a template; Jeremy & Tristan did a great job installing the countertop. All in all, we couldn't have made a better choice; we are extremely pleased with the results! After a few months of installation, TVG still is available for great service and backs up their work; not something that is common these days! I can't recommend TVG enough!
