I don't like to share negative words about any business especially a local business. The people working there that I have dealt with two times now have been unprofessional rude and difficult. To the point I will not do business with this company. I have been lied to in two simple occasions now. I trust that I am not the only person to encounter a problem. Something had changed in the past year with this company. Not a good change. I will drive to cda or Spokane before I ever call this business again.
Terrible customer service! Asked a valid question of why I was being charged more than what the daily price stated. The gut behind the counter started raising his voice to me and very rudely explained all additional charges other than what was asked. When confronted about his tone and obvious raise in hostility he yelled louder and continued to be very confrontational instead of changing tone or aggressive body language. He was overly aggressive for no reason!

Great little local hometown rental store. Prices are reasonable and the guys working there are pretty helpful. They don't have much in the way of big equipment but they've got a fair amount to choose from.

Staff here are the best left my snow chains in the u-Haul called them on a Sunday on Monday when they opened they found them and called me to pick them up. ?? I would rent from them again.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I booked them for some games for an event I was doing and from start to finish it was a horrible experience. They are extremely rude on the phone and act like you are a complete inconvenience to them. They lost my first contract. When it came to the day of the event they delivered to the wrong address and then acted like I had given them the wrong address. I went and checked my contract and it clearly said on top that the address I gave them was correct. The amount the charge does NOT include set up or tare down. Over all they are extremely rude. Would not recommend!
