I would highly recommend A to Z Rentals in Post Falls. Very friendly staff and are always willing to help. They even aired up my trailer tires for me. You don’t see service like this anymore.

Lance and Greg were so helpful, answered all of our questions and gave great suggestions and offered tons of flexibility with being able to change my reservation even if I wanted to change the color of my napkins last minute. Walked me through everything needed, linen sizes required and even dancefloor recommendations and told me to keep in mind if we don’t have any dancers in our family we can just get one square for our first dance. Lance and Greg are great! And funny so they made the experience so enjoyable.

Answered the phone 'hold please' and I hung up after 7 minutes. No online way to check or rent equipment , or even know what's available.. There are plenty of other rental companies local - use one that wants your business

Super great guys! They were so helpful with rey U-Haul! Great customer service and they explained everything to me. Not pushy at all. I highly recommend Post Falls A to Z Rentals ?Ã ?

Well this was the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. I put on a few events and parties each year and I will never book with A to Z rentals again. I will also tell everyone I know in Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls to never use them and to go out of their way to use their competitors. Gregory Hodges was the worst. When I made the reservation for several hundred dollars with him on the phone, I asked for a confirmation/reservation number. I’ve had it where I take the businesses word for it, show up and they have no record of my reservation. So of course I’m going to ask for a receipt of some sort. He acted like that was outlandish. Said he couldn’t do it and would need to enter all of my information into the system which would take awhile. I had time and said I would like something in writing so he’d need to take all my information. After getting my email, 10 seconds later I had a reservation form. Lazy. He had told me I could update the amount I was renting just to call back. I took thorough notes. When I came into the store he said he couldn’t update my reservation and drop it by 10 chairs. He said he would but he’d be charging me for all of it. I reminded him of our conversation and pulled up my notes and he insisted he told me I had to update my reservation within a week of my reservation date. That would be fair and standard but he never mentioned that. I told him he was going to lose a customer forever over the price of 10 chairs. He said he’d do it but reprimanded me and said he’d make a note to my account I can’t update future reservations. I told him perfect because I’d never make another reservation with A to Z rentals because of him again so go ahead and update my account. More than anything he was a REAL jerk to me. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and was disgusted at his disrespect. Then I got the chairs home and they’re FILTHY DIRTY. If this was for a wedding I would have been even more upset. Do not rent from them ever. And see attached pictures for how terrible, dirty and damaged their products are. They had glitter all over them. The dirt doesn’t come off, it’s stained in there. We scrubbed and scrubbed. They had scuffs and scrapes all over them. I was appalled.
