Rented a forklift and ended up keeping it for an extra week. Ryan quoted one price on the phone and Craig charged another price upon return. Wanted to change the card billed, since it was reserved with a personal card, but Craig couldn’t be bothered to switch the card. Overall combative and awful customer service. Would never use this place again and would not recommend.
Jeff in parts has a very good sense of integrity when it comes to helping his customers he ordered the right part on bow mag wasn’t the right part when it got here we installed it found that out and gave us a return even though it was against his policy after installation, he understood the situation and use discretion and integrity. Please shout out to Jeff in parts.

We have been doing business with Andy at H&E and we can’t say enough great things. Andy has gone above and beyond for our business multiple times!!!

I was in there today to return some equipment and the guys up front were top notch and very helpful and friendly. The yard man was very nice and professional as well. Keep up the good work.
