This is my new favorite hardware store! Great selection very helpful staff. The only place I will be shopping from here on out.
Everything is a popularity contest in both the blackfoot store and the idaho falls location. If you have a different opinion from anyone working there, they treat you worse than a black guy in the 1950's

Although they didn't have the paint I needed, Jordan sure put forth a lot of effort to help me find a couple of options that should work. Excellent service.

It was a frustrating experience, the woman that helped us had no idea what the hell she was doing, we had 4 inch fittings on the counter and for some reason she sold us 2 inch pipe, so we had to redo the whole thing over, then they didn't have enough pipe so we had to change all the fittings to a different pipe, then where charged for glue we didn't buy. I don't think I ever but something the again.

The parts selection is adequate; however, the service is slow, and the staff is not incredibly helpful unless you know exactly what you need. The final reason for this low rating is the fact that you better double check your receipt if you ever return anything. I've given them the benefit of the doubt a few times in misplacing a decimal or not getting everything on bill of sale, but one shouldn't have to go over the transaction with a fine-toothed comb every time you do business to ensure things are correct.
