First of all I hate leaving a bad review for a local business, but this isn’t the first bad experience I have had. Nor my other family members. There was so much miscommuncation. Which delayed our job and wasted our time. On not one day but two. We called and rented equipment for a Friday evening pick up. Since we needed it early Saturday early morning. We went in on Friday morning to pay and just confirm we were good. As we were heading into CDA afterwards and could have stopped at several other places for equipment. They informed us that they wrote it down for a Friday rental. Not Saturday. They said they’d call and see if they could change it with the other customer. They called us back shortly after and said the customer moved their rental. So we could pick it up Saturday morning or even after hours Friday night. We went in Saturday morning to be told their worker took the equipment home for “Peronsal Use” and it wouldn’t be back till Sunday…… and that “we didn’t let them know”

Sony and Thomas @ Big Moose were awesome to work with. I had an uncertain timeline for the delivery of a large piece of machinery I had to unload and they helped make it all work out great. Their telehandler was just the right size, not to small and not too big so I was able to tow it with my 1-ton truck. Even when the delivery was delayed a day, they worked with me and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend these guys!

We rented a plate compacter here. We got a demonstration of how to use it as well as help loading it into our vehicle. The price was very affordable and when we brought it back early we even got a partial refund! The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and charismatic. Will rent here again for sure! Come here for your equipment rental needs. You won't be disappointed!

So I'm bad at this and forgot to leave a review. However, I was drinking from the coffee mug they gave me and realized my mistake. But better late than never. Anyway, we had our wedding last June up in priest river and used these guys for the tables and chairs. They were very helpful. Very friendly. And very fair priced. It would not have gone as well as it did if not for these guys. We will definitely use them again if we ever need anything in that area.
