Ever since wess sold it's gone down hill and it continues too go. The new owner Troy treats some employees like garbage. Employees seem nice an trying to do the best they can but seems like they're miserable due to a weed in the garden
They have had multiple calls about one of their porta potties over at the Rexburg Rapids soccer fields. It has feces all over the walls--whoever did that is disgusting for sure. But they got calls on Wednesday about it. They said they'd be there the next day. It's Saturday now, and it is still covered. Kids have had accidents having only one porta potty available. Even if they have trucks down, we are renting these for the season and paying for them and the service. Someone from the company should come with cleaners and buckets to do something about it. But now it's not going to be until Monday... supposedly? It's ridiculous, and if they are out of trucks, someone should clean it the old school way if needs be.

If you need a super cheap place to store your stuff while away they have a bunch of units for rent. It was 15$-20$ a month for each lockable unit upstairs. I stored a lot of our bulky items here for months and had no trouble. The only downside is it’s open during work hours only, so you can’t access your stuff after hours.

Not very happy with how my most recent dealing with A-1 rentals in Rexburg was handled. I had called well in advance to rent a piece of equipment that was currently rented out. The customer service representative gave me a time that it was expected to be back on a certain day and took my number and said they would call me as soon as the equipment was back in the shop. I called back at the time they had expected, and they said they had tried calling my cell phone and could not reach me, so they rented the equipment out to someone else for another week. There was an apology, but no effort to fix the issue. I mentioned that I had been expecting their call and showed no missed calls or any sign that they had tried to reach me. I verified that they did have my correct phone number. I guess they got their money either way. Not sure that I will try to rent from them again.

Every times I rent a piece of equipment from this location I find safety issues with it. The equipment has been ridden hard and put away wet and should have been replaced long ago. For what they charge you should be getting a safe up to date machine. Other locations are cropping up. We are no longer forced to use them.
