Pro Rentals is a reliable and efficient rental company that serves East Idaho and the Rexburg area. I have rented from them several times, mostly excavators, and I was always satisfied with their service. The equipment was of great quality, well-maintained and easy to operate. The delivery and pickup were quick and hassle-free. The price was reasonable and competitive for the market. I would definitely recommend Pro Rentals to anyone who needs quality equipment for their projects. They are an asset for the community. A special thanks to Sean, Connor and Bill Armstrong who made my long term renting experience a bliss.
I use equipment purchased here to run a business. Their service department is very slow. Three weeks for simple repairs. This costs me so much in lost revenue. Also, they will use any excuse not to pay on a warranty repair. Buyer beware.

Good bunch of guys. I’ve rented from them every week almost since June 2022 (it’s end of October) and they’re awesome. Always have treated me with respect, and they’re very accommodating. I would recommend.

The service at this location was unprecedented. The fact that I can name, Rob, Sean and Matt off the top of my head, speaks to their ease of doing business and true customer service. I called 1 week in advance for a scissor lift rental and was flying in from Denver to look at a construction project. I was told I would get a call the day of delivery to confirm and I did as promised. Snow was coming down and I was instructed to call once I was 15 mins out, in Rigby. I did and once onsite, shortly their after Matt arrived with the lift. It only took about an hour to use the lift and then I called for pick-up. Matt showed back up shortly there after, asked if everything worked alright (and it did) and we loaded it up.
Flying in from out of town and needing rental equipment, WITH TIMING, is a stressful ordeal that typically never goes off without a hitch.
Thank you gentlemen. When I return, I know who to call.

These guys have been awesome to us every time we've rented, they have always been super helpful and friendly. This last time we rented the trencher and the bearing went out after only 1.75 hrs of use (wear and tear is to be expected with rental machinery) and they had to come get it and order in the part... they let us rent it the next Saturday and we used it for 6 hours more. So they refunded us so that we only had to pay for the 1 day (8 hour rental) instead of having to pay for 2 separate days and wrote a note apologizing for the inconvenience. They will definitely be getting our business in the future. Thanks for the fantastic customer service!
