Okay look, the guys are charismatic I’ll give them that. My biggest problem with this company was the absurd cost that they charged for the work that I needed done. I have an out-of-state plumber friend who told me that they were charging triple what I should be charged. They really know the salesman playbook as well and will get you as invested in their services and employees as possible. The guy who came in pulled out a binder and was showing pictures and diagrams before actually doing any work. Thank goodness I stepped out before they did the work, otherwise I’d be in over my head for expenses. (Tip, if they give you an instant 5-10% or more off or AND/OR free VIP status they can go MUCH lower).
TLDR;
Get 3-4 different bids before going with these guys. Or at the very least, see how low they can go!

I had a great experience with Advanced Home Services. They were very professional and accommodating. Very friendly and easy to work with. David and Carlos were just awesome. They met all of my expectations, and them some! They are the best!

AHS got back to me super quickly after submitting my request at 10 pm Saturday night (they had reached out Monday morning to schedule an appointment the next day!)
The tech was super great to work with, gave it to us straight and didn’t beat around the bush or try to pressure us into signing up for any other services or appointments.

I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Ken and Seth were great! They got everything replaced and working very quickly. Any questions I had they were able to answer and they made sure I understood how everything worked before they left. Christian was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable enough to ask any question. Overall it was a great experience to have them come fix our sewage line and water lines.

We had Advance Home Services out for 2 jobs, and the work that was completed by them was great. As soon as things were handed off to their subcontractors for sidewalk, and road patching, there was no contact.
Sub contractors showed up, fixed the sidewalk, I called advanced hone services frustrated that there was no notice about work being performed. They apologized, and assured me that they would call before the asphalt repairs. Well, we are in the same situation today, no notice.
*Don't tell your customers you are going to call them, if you aren't.

Wyatt did an excellent job with stepping us through what our situation was and what options were available for us to help fix what another company didn't do right the first time. He was very kind, attentive, respectful. The next day we had technicians come out to so the massive job. We started out with 2 and the kept trickling in and a couple of them had to leave due to other emergency calls/family. They were all very respectful of our home and did their respective jobs well. Kevin and Chance did the majority of the work and were really great. They signed sealed and delivered. They explained what they did, and Kevin walked us through everything once done, including and especially how to use our new furnace and air conditioner, switch out the filters, how to use our new thermostat. We know Advanced is one of the pricier companies, but each time we've had them do work for us, they've been great. They did 95% of the job in 1 day including removing the old furnace and having to do some duct work. We are happy with our experience once again ?

We had Advanced Home Services come to inspect our pipes due to some slow drains. And I was worried about our main line due to problems our neighbors have had. Aaron Marsh was so helpful! He was very easy to talk to and had excellent communication skills. He was able to send a camera down several different pipes to inspect for any problems. I was able to watch the entire time and had a large screen to myself. Aaron was patient with my questions and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. He was professional and courteous while in my home.
I am very concerned about the cost though. It seems extremely high.

Jesus is amazing and funny! For one of the most undesirable jobs, he had a great attitude! When a sump pump goes out, you need a quick response, and AHS provided that!! And someone with the expertise to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Great company, great service, and we highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Return customer, this time for electrical services. Jaycob installed & rewired a kitchen light fixture. He gave me the exterior conduit option I wanted for an industrial look. He added an outlet to the switch. Let there be lights! I added a 2nd project - reviving an outlet in the garage. Happy to report that I no longer need an extension cord to run my washer. Jaycob was a pleasure to have in my home and cleaned up when finished. My final bill was less than expected.
