Micky has some great stone slabs for super reasonable price. His method of partial prefab makes the installation affordable. He was helpful in connecting me with an installer as well, one who does not flake out - no small task. This combination made other solutions such as concrete or paper stone look less attractive. Why not have granite if its reasonably affordable and reasonably quick! Thank you Mickey March 2022 Sadly, Mickey was not so helpful on my second visit. He was very much a bully, insisting that I follow his methods and recommendations exactly, rather than install what I liked or what worked with what had already been installed. He will reply that I don't understand sequencing methods although I'm a licensed professional. After Mickey convinced his tiling buddy to quit my job, with-held the material I reserved, and returned my money, I found a professional installer with more experience who was happy to accommodate my requests without brow-beating me. Refreshing after the tyrannical thug experience. Affordable Granite and Stone cost me 10 weeks in scheduling, plus my own time invested and lost, so effectively it was not so affordable. If your project is very conventional and you are willing to do whatever it takes to make the installers happy, this might be a good fit for you. But think again if you aim to save a few bucks or if you have a brain between your ears that should be respected. Too bad - he has some nice slabs

Mickey was very helpful and very patient. His knowledge and expertise helped make this project a success. Our counters look amazing! We had an incredible experience with affordable granite and stone. We have a massive kitchen that needed updates all around. I’m glad we discovered Mickey with Affordable Granite and Stone. We ended up going with a beautiful dolomite for our counters. The marbling in the stone is just breathtaking. You can tell a lot of care goes into the selection of these slabs. They’re top notch. From ordering through to installation, we had a really great experience. Never once were we concerned or disappointed. Our kitchen looks incredible now. Highly recommend!

I really love my granite countertops! I had not even consider granite when I was updating my kitchen because I didn’t think it was in my price range. A friend told me about Affordable Granite and Stone and after taking to Mikey I realized I would be able to have a high quality counter top and not break the bank! Also Mikey was great to work with! I have had a lot of work done on my home over the last couple of months and getting my countertop was the easiest quickest process out of everything. Mickey has great customer service and he had a great selection and great pricing. Installation was done well, and I didn’t have to wait months or even weeks to get my countertop. Micky was fabulous to work with. He was willing to meet with my husband and I after hours as that was the only time we could do it together. He was great about taking the time to answer our questions and even offered contacts to install the granite countertops. He has a fabulous selection and screaming good prices. The granite slabs have finished edges and are top quality. He just doesn't have a lot of overhead so he can charge significantly less. The difference in price was enough that the remaining allocated amount covered the expense of all of our lighting fixtures and then some. We will DEFINITELY use him in the future.
