Told me I was approved by my insurance to get me to sign the go-ahead to finish the flooded basement restoration. After they finished, they sent me a bill for the total amount. These guys are crooks. I am in serious debt now because of these guys with no way to pay them! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We had water damage that resulted in having to replace our water heater and some interior flooring. Brian came over within an hour of my calling him and he had a crew working that afternoon tearing up flooring and starting the drying process. They were very professional and conscience of everything they did. They knew what the insurance company would require and had documentation for everything. They worked thru the weekend to get us so we could have some hot water and then proceeded to restore everything back to working order. A big shoutout to Mike and Cody for removing the damaged flooring and getting everything dry and to Eric, Hunter and Angel for putting it all back together. These guys are great. I would recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

After a flood, insurance required a demo and cleanup.. C.T.R crew arrived on time.. completed the demo and cleanup in a timely manner and provided an estimate to repair within 24 hours.. excellent service.. highly recommended ?

I really liked using CTR!!! We are in the end stages of selling our house, and through our inspection, we found traces of mold in our attic and crawl space. When I called for an estimate, they were very quick to get someone out to our house. We called two different companies to get estimates, and because of our time crunch and the customer service I received when talking to my project manager Ivan, we went with CTR. Even though we had some issues and setbacks, they know what mine are, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to come back out and go above and beyond what was asked of them to make sure our project was done right. Thank you to Brain, the manager, Ivan, my project manager, Mike, and his team for doing the job that they were hired to do. Thank you for the prompt service and work that you've done for us.
