Everything about Terry's is second to none. With the temps steadily climbing, our a/c went out on Saturday. We called Terry's who we have been customers with for years, and Chris was at our house within 30 minutes. He replaced the electronic module in our system and had it running again in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to Chris for doing a stellar job!

They had a very quick response time when my heater needed diagnostics done. I called them for a second opinion. The technician came and preformed thorough testing of the unit and found a few issues that a different company missed the day before. The office staff that I have dealt with and the technician were all very professional and personable. I would recommend these guys 100%!!!
