Couldn't have asked for a better soul to come do the work in my bathroom. Matt went above and beyond my expectations. Was very knowledgeable in the work he performed. Kind, courteous, clean, and fast. Evans has reasonable prices and was able to save me some money in the end. Matt came and did the estimate the day I called and as soon as I excepted the bid, he did the work the next morning. Communication was great even the sweet lady in the office who took my calls. What a blessing. As a previous contractor myself He comes Highly recommended. Evans Plumbing is the best. Matt is phenomenal. All around 5 star experience. ~ Jennifer McLemore

If I could give Evans Plumbing 10 stars, I absolutely would! We had another company out on a Friday afternoon, the last day of an extremely drawn-out bathroom remodel, that quoted us $2400-$10000 for a toilet flange and tee replacement, and adding a water shut off valve and replacing water lines. We thought it seemed high so we called around... The gal who answered the phone for Evans was SO sweet and offered to ask her tech about our problem and even gave us a ball park estimate over the phone, which I know most contractors won't even do. They showed up within 2 hours and got the work done before my husband and I were off work for the day! They also let us know the additional work the previous company recommended wasn't needed at all, which made us even more trusting in Evans and their crew. We seriously couldn't believe we almost had to spend thousands, but Evans saved the day (and our bank account). We are so grateful for Evans and we are lifelong customers now. Thank you SO much to the front desk gal and the crew at Evans Plumbing!!

Probably won't use this place again nor recommend them to anyone I know. Though they were on time and very personable, the first time they fixed the shower there was only scalding water coming out of the faucet. They came back to fix this and even though the plate and knob clearly show which direction is hot and which is cold, they set it up backwards. He even came in to tell me that he did it backwards. So he knew it was wrong before he left. What if grandkids or children were to use that shower-they would definitely get burned. I don't believe this is the way to do business. And I will now have to pay to have this corrected just to keep my family safe. What a shame.

The two that showed up, I think one of them was Shawn, were very pleasant to deal with , competent, and quick in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. This is the 3rd or fourth time they have helped me and again I'm very pleased with their service and recommend them very highly.

Amazing customer service, fast response, great communication and friendly techs! Choosing Evans Plumbing in Twin Falls was an easy choice. They came out the day after I called to get me an estimate had that back to me the same day! That's amazing service. Then when they came and did the job the amazing tech Josh called me when he was on his way. He communicated every step with me ad he installed my new water heater. Then when he was finished made sure I knew how to operate my new equipment.
