They initially promised effective communication, but I encountered some challenges during the project. I could only effectively communicate with one staff member, and she was accommodating in following up with me. However, she never did on the day she was supposed to communicate with me, and I couldn't get ahold of her when I called. Another staff member made an appointment to speak to me but never showed up. Finally, when we met, I was told another staff member agreed to come instead and then forgot about my appointment. It was just such a horrible experience for me. On a positive note, the installers did an excellent job with the roof installation, and they are the primary reason for my three-star rating (my roof looks fantastic). Although I regret the experience with the company, I understand that I couldn't stop the process once my old roof was removed. The other staff members could provide a better customer experience with some improvements in their communication skills. However, based on my experience, I will explore other businesses for future home improvement projects.

I don't normally write reviews, but I was very pleased with DaBella's service. Bryan who came out to give me my free evaluation of my current homes windows, provided me with great information to make an informative decision. I was happy to have someone that was not pushy, in my experience, salespeople usually are. He was patient with my probing questions. Believe it or not, the pricing is extremely reasonable by comparison! I completely recommend them and remember to ask for Bryan! Thanks again.

I really wanted to give DaBella a 5 star review, as they said it was so important to them. Sadly after my roof job was done and they were paid they have completely ignored me and my request for repair of the damage done to my antique beadboard ceiling on my covered porch after one of the installers foot came through it. I understand things can happen - that's why I've been patient. But after months have gone by there's still a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did have someone come out to "repair" the drain breather that was left off. (I was not home when this was done). Sadly the repair was less than acceptable. The pipe was replaced and tape wrapped around it. It's a visible piece and taping over it is not acceptable at all. I made them aware of both of these issues on multiple occasions with no response from them. The sales people were polite and competitive in pricing since I had 3 other quotes. No real complaints with them. Thought I did have to repeatedly sign papers for them, the last time being when one of their reps parked his truck outside my home, stalking me. He was not one of the original sales people I dealt with. The installers that came dealt with the bad weather that cropped up that day. It was quite the ordeal. They did trample all of my flowers surrounding my house, which I was not happy with. I was told they would make it right - but nothing ever happened with that either... I feel like once they got paid I was yesterdays news. The hole in my ceiling I see daily, and it's a reminder of my poor experience thus far.
