Superior Door is the best. When we have an issue with our garage door they are quick to send someone out and get it fixed. It’s usually Roberto who comes out to make any repairs and he’s always so thorough.

The owner is not a nice person, he called on speaker then can't hear me then hangs up like a child when I questioned his understanding of my project. I feel like I dodged a bullet never even getting a bid. I'll post pics once the door that "won't work" is installed as planned for by the architect.

Had an issue with one of my shop doors. Called these guys and they sent 2 guys out that day and replaced one of the cables. After finishing, they suggested that I upgrade the hardware that lifts the two shop doors.
Two days later I went to open the door (1st time to use it) and the chain fell off the motor. Paid almost $400 for this?
That Monday I called to have both doors hardware upgraded. Got a parts list and quote of $1,700 for two doors. Later that week the same 2 guys came out, good guys, and replaced all the hardware on the door they previously worked on. When they looked at the 2nd door, they saw that this door had all the upgraded hardware, so no further work was done. They left.
I got a new bill for over $1200. I figured it should had been half, $850, since only half the parts were used and half the quoted time of labor was used. I talked with the two owners regarding the bill, so they sent me a new bill for almost $1,100.
The workers were great guys but the owners and rude receptionist are not. I am now looking for another company for 2 new garage doors for my house and 2 for the in-laws house. Customer service is gone.

We had Superior install doors in our new construction home. They failed to install all the screws and bolts in the rails and seals and when we asked them to come back to correct it, they said they'd send us the hardware but wouldn't come to fix it. Add to this that one of the employees was talking about the illegal mushrooms he takes every day while he was installing our doors.

Within a week of install, our doors kept getting an error for the operator exceeding force limits. We believe this is because the door is not aligned on the rails properly. We are often not able to get the doors closed.

Only a month after install, one of garage door openers hardwiring failed and we are unable to use the hardwired opener in the garage. Their response to every issue has been that they will not come and fix the issues. We are having to hire another garage door company to come fix SUPERIOR'S dismal install and customer service.

Only choose this company if you want a less than mediocre crew to install door that won't work a month later and require you to pay another company to correct the issues. Superior clearly doesn't stand by their products or offer any kind of quality assurance.

I scheduled a garage door opener install through Lowes and Superior Door Co was the company assigned for the install. I have had nothing but issues with this company. On install day, the installers who came to the house did not come to the front door or ring the bell. They called my cell phone at 7:00 am and left no message - called again about 15 minutes later and finally. did leave a message stating "I am at your house and about to take off". I had to run outside to stop them from leaving. Why would they not come and ring the doorbell?? Seems common sense to start there.

During install, turns out a few parts were missing from the opener (the control pad). When I was out there having a discussion about what was missing/next steps, the garage door fell. I go back inside to follow-up with Lowes and receive a call from the main office that my garage door spring has broken and it will be an extra charge to fix. Coincidence that the door had no issues for over a year until today with the install - I question this. I decided to not make a big deal and said I would be the $75 quoted over the phone

I received a bill with more than a $75 charge because the office did not provide the labor charge with the quote. I then had to call in and deal with this after being provided misinformation (and I still think they broke the spring!) and they only would knock off $25.

Then I have been experiencing the circuit breaker randomly turning off. The opener is the only item changed so it must be the problem. Note: I had to install the mounted controller myself since it was missing in the box.
When I called and emailed to have someone out, first I was told, they didn't install it - you did - but we will send someone out to take a look.
I didn't know what day someone would be coming - was just told next week. I figured I would get an update when time got closer, but I did not -someone just showed up. I have had someone showing up without any knowledge twice - I work from home and have dogs and was told I would receive a call before someone came out. After the first time, I was told I would receive a call and still did not.

Also, the new opener wiring at the wall was taped together and does not look professionally done. I don't think I could put my house on the market the way it was left. This has been a terrible experience all around and now I will have to find someone else to come fix the shoddy job on top of what I already paid for the install and broken spring fix in the first place.
