With the busy schedule ahead I decided to call a service company to fix the dryer. We didn’t have to wait long and the next day it was fixed and within the budget.
Eugene was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient when dealing with our recent service for the air conditioning. He was very informative and provided great advice. Highly recommend.

Appliance doctor came out the next day following a holiday and found the issue in minutes. Vic was super professional and efficient. The cost was very reasonable (completed in under an hour).

Very unprofessional. The owner came to my home 12/18/23 and pulled my washing machine & dryer out of place to diagnose issue with the washer, he charged me for diagnosis without explaining to me he couldn’t get the part to fix my machine. (Machine is less than 5 years old). He did not move the washer or dryer that he moved into the middle of the room back in place and left water all over my floor from diagnosis of the washer without even offering to clean it. As soon as he left I received a repair estimate wanting approval and payment, but I also received a text from owner stating the part was not available through his supplier but he would make more calls. I called him and he stated verbally that due to a nationwide shortage for the part, he had no idea how long it would take to get the part in, stating it could be months. It’s now 3/14/24 and I still have not heard back from the owner. I did not authorize the estimate b/c I was told there is a a nation wide shortage for the part and he had no idea how long it would take to get the part and I felt more comfortable agreeing to the estimate once it was confirmed he could get the part. I called him on 3/14/24 to ask if he would at least come back and move my washing machine and dryer back in place since he left it in the middle of the room and I also had not heard back yet. The owner argued with me on the phone and said it’s too much work for 1 person to do. He then changed his statement and said I moved the machines myself and he never moved the machines. Which is impossible for me to do based off my weight alone. He refused to fix the mess he left for months and refused to get the part for my machine, although I offered several times for him to make this situation right over the phone, instead he kept talking over me, arguing, and refused to put my machines back in place, leaving me no choice but to write this review. I do NOT recommend using this business as I found them to be unreliable. Please go to a reputable company who has that has the ability to complete jobs they started and has the ability to get parts.

Dishwasher code e24 and never even pulled filter out or check if something lodged in drain pump. No receipt given and charged 79.00. Prices of parts are horrible. High. Then to call next day lowering price of parts if I removed review is unacceptable. Should have refunded the 79
00. I knew there was a pump jam.

Called the morning our dryer stopped working and he added me to the schedule that afternoon. Was prompt for the 2 hour window I was given and came early on a holiday week. Fixed our dryer in an hour(new rollers and cleaning) and we were back to doing laundry. He even let us know at some point there was a small fire in the dryer with lint buildup. Honest work and affordable prices. Even asked if he did ovens as my moms crapped out at Christmas and he scheduled her for a time convenient for her before he left to be out of town for two weeks. No weekend or holiday charge and he also fixed her oven within an hour. Took a look at her washer(14 years old) on his way out that she was having trouble with and he advised her to buy a new one as it would cost more to fix. He will most likely be getting more business in Del Webb because of the service he provides as well as our family and friends. Highly recommended!!!

Had an issue with my fridge on Saturday night. Called Appliance Doctor first thing Sunday morning and he was able to get out to my house before noon! Amazing! He made sure everything was in working order and that I was satisfied with the service. I definitely am very satisfied, and will definitely call them again!

My dishwasher got broken, called many companies and none could come in same day to fix it! Called Appliance Doctor and they came in few hours fixed at a reasonable price . Thank you guys. Highly recommended ?

Excellent service! Couldn’t be happier! My stove wasn’t working and you could feel gas smell if you were trying to turn it on , called Appliance Doctor and Hvac Repair, they were able to fix it in the same day. Highly recommended!!
