We are incredibly happy with the new driveway and came out way better than expected. Couldn't be happier. Why Chad Ford's Concrete?...we started with a vision of what we wanted done. Chad made some great suggestions to make the overall project better; loved the suggestions. Fair pricing and high quality work. On time, and responsive with questions. A little rain delay, but yet kept the project on schedule. They are almost like concrete ninja's ..in and out, the worksite was all cleaned up when they left and no mess to deal with. A blink of the eyes and a new driveway was in place. My two biggest regrets---cannot give 10 stars. Driveway was built to last, and don't have another one to build out. Chad and his team was a complete pleasure to work with and would use them again in a heartbeat if I needed concrete work.

In May of 2015, we hired Chad Ford's Snow Removal & Concrete to install a stamped concrete walkway at our house. Initially, he was very responsive, on time, and completed the project within 3 days. The service included sealing the walkway which was done immediately upon completion of stamping and curing. However, within a few weeks, the sealer developed a cloudy or frosty appearance. We believe it was delaminating from the concrete and notified Chad right away. He did come back to reseal it within a few weeks. Unfortunately, less than one year later, just after winter, the sealer developed the same cloudy appearance again. In late April 2016, we contacted Chad again and he responded that he would schedule time to come back and correct the issue. We sent him pictures and messages several times since April and he has not responded. It is now October 2016. We paid Chad Ford Snow Removal & Concrete immediately upon completion and even referred his company to a colleague which we now regret. It is disappointing that what started out as a very positive experience, ended negatively.
