Cedric is the most pleasant, knowledgeable, professional technician I've ever had come to my home to perform repairs. He performed the work in a timely manner, he communicated with me about the problem I was experiencing and how he would fix it. Once the repair was complete, he opened and closed the door several times, to reassure me that it was fixed. He assured me that I could contact Accurate Door if there was any issues and that they would stand by the work that was performed. I appreciate the quality of work and the confidence I feel with my choice after hiring Accurate Doors for my garage door repair needs.

Accurate Door

One of our garage door springs broke on Friday before the holiday weekend. Accurate Door had a technician, Jim at our house within an hour of calling and he was able to get the door fixed quickly. I really like that I received a text with information about who was coming to do the service and email confirmation. Jim was very knowledgeable and so helpful, he explained and showed everything he was doing to my husband and was completely transparent about the work he was doing. Very satisfied with everything!

Our garage door spring broke last night and Accurate Door was one of only 2 places that answered with a live person. In addition they were the only ones that could send someone out that same night. Ultimately we decided not to spend the extra cost to have them come out as an emergency visit, but they scheduled us to be there very first customer in the morning. They called first and were very friendly and efficient. The price was in the range I had been expecting and they didn't have any unexpected fees or charges like some other companies. They did bring up the option to replace the door (because ours is original to the house) but when we let them know we were not interested, they dropped it. They were only offering options not trying to force an upsell on us. While I hope not to need their services for another 10-15 years, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement.
