Aiden was fast, communicative, & very friendly! He was even willing to consult on other estimates we received even without the assurance he’d have our business. He arrived when he said & was done in 20-30 minutes. Will definitely use again in the future!

Overall great experience. Had an issue with my two car garage door on a Sunday. Aiden answered my call Sunday night and was out to perform maintenance that Wednesday. He performed the work quickly and resolved the issue I had. He also answered all of my questions and provided good suggestions. I will certainly be contacting Aiden again for any future maintenance issues with my garage door.

Great service. Called before he was going to arrive. Got to our house on time, assessed the issue and quickly had a fix ready. Installed the new sensors, and cleaned up old wires. Door works great now.

This is a mixed review. I called 7pm on a Thursday night and was impressed to get a live person on the phone. ( I expected to leave a message). I scheduled for 7am -9am on Monday and rearranged scheduled meetings to ensure I was present and available until 10am that day. He did not show, I had to call them and he showed up at 11:15am and pulled me away from a meeting that I could not reschedule. I missed important information, he was un apologetic for not showing up when scheduled. Inconsiderate of customers schedules. On a plus side, they did the work quickly and the prices was reasonable. Not cheap, but not gouged. Just a fair price. I would probably still use them but I will not believe them when the quote a time. Really screwed up my work day. J

Door looks very nice and works great. I replaced an old ugly door and the new door completely changed the look of the home. Service was good as well. I recommend their service with one caveat. The time that he arrived was much later than originally promised. As a result, I had to change my plans for the day to accommodate the work. If you choose their service, plan on enough time before and after to avoid being disappointed. Other than the time issue, everything else was perfect. I really like the look of the new door and it opens and closes perfectly.
