I was able to get a lot of detailed feedback over the phone about issue with my unit. Scheduling appointment was extremely easy, they gave me a same day appointment. They arrived 30 minutes early from scheduled time, and work was completed fast and accurate. They followed up to make sure unit was working properly. Great service all around!!
We will definitely be calling Dave for all our future HVAC needs.
Dave was awesome….he was at our place in less than 30 mins! Very professional and taught me a few things in the process. I was thrilled at how fast he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even sent a text a few hours later just checking up.

I had a great experience with Dave from American Heating and Cooling. I was overcharged by Airco in Bolingbrook and Dave took time out of his very busy day (this was in mid-August which is peak time for AC problems) to write me a quote for the same work at nearly $100 less than I was charged by Airco. In the end, I was able to get my money back and now use American for all my HVAC needs. I just called Dave again today and he is going to fix an issue that arose from Airco not properly fixing my unit. I highly recommend American Heating and cooling. Dave had no reason to go out of his way to do this for me since he was not going to be paid for work done. In the end, he gained a long term customer. Dave is a stand up guy!
Air conditioner went out on the absolute hottest day of the year with an even hotter forecast for the next day. I called Dave on a Thursday night and he showed up at 8:30 Friday morning and fixed the problem quickly. I have always been able to count on Dave. He is honest, professional and dependable. Others have told me in the past to replace the AC unit when it was not needed. I would not recommend anybody else for your HVAC needs!

As a new resident of Illinois I was worried when our AC was leaking water and not cooling. We called Dave and he was amazing. He was on time he repaired our HVAC quickly and very professionally. My wife our 2 kids are comfortable in our home again. Thank you Dave for your service and your help. Now we have our HVAC company here in Illinois.

Dave offered to come out on the day of my phone call. Not needing emergency service we choose to schedule on a Saturday morning. Dave arrived on time and went right to work. Dave diagnosed the problem within minutes of arrival and had my ac up and running shortly after. He was fantastic with my nosy dogs and displayed a knowledge of HVAC systems one only gets from years and years of experience. His pricing was fantastic and much lower then other companies we've had in the past. Dave's professionalism has made us a life long customer. I highly recommend Dave for all your HVAC needs.

Dave was incredibly responsive to my yesterday evening. He came out first thing this morning and efficiently/effectively diagnose the problem with my AC unit. I was impressed with his honesty when it comes to charging customers for the work done. He did a great job and was very reasonable! I highly recommend him.

Dave came out today and replaced a couple motors in my furnace. He was timely, very professional, fast, and VERY fair-priced. He came highly recommended from friends and relatives, and now he's definitely got my future business. Efficient, very knowledgeable about his trade (40 years experience), and very pleasant to deal with. This is the kind of customer service I was looking for. 5 stars AND an A+++++ rating. Dave is great to work with and great service. Replaced our water heater. It went out on Saturday and could not be replaced until Monday. He was in contact with us every step of the way to make sure we were OK. Followed up the day after installation to make sure it was working properly. Would definitely recommend.

What a great company to deal with. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did Dave fix our air conditioner within an hour of being called, he explained to me what was going on with our unit. We asked Dave for a quote to replace our AC and he got right back to us. I would recommend Dave to anyone.
