Rob came out to service my a/c unit . He was very professional explain my options, did not pressure me into anything I wasn’t comfortable doing serviced my unit . I have had bad experiences with service providers before , I was completely happy with the service that was provided

Garrett was awesome. He was super friendly and explained everything he was doing as he diagnosed our furnace issue. In no time at all, he had it up and running, and was able to give me some information on updating our HVAC system. Garrett wasn’t pushy, but informative. I was very pleased with the service and his professional demeanor.

I called on 2/6 to make an appointment and on 9:00am on 2/7 Garrett was here to perform the work on my thermostat. He called when he was 15 minutes away and they honored their 2-hour window. Garrett was polite, knowledgeable and explained everything that I as a user needed to know. He didn't try to upsell me and was upfront about the costs before he started to work. I highly recommend Barrington Heating and Air Conditioning.

Adam is fantastic!!! Very helpful and took the time to show me how to program our new thermostats! Whenever we need service he’s always there ready to help! Highly recommend!

Exceptional experience with Adam. He was very helpful in addressing our issues, is very knowledgeable , answering all of our questions and making recommendations for changes to our system. We are glad we chose Barrington Heating as our furnace service provider and Adam deserves 5 stars!

Really knowledgeable about options for improving the equipment and flexible regarding special request for equipment installation. It was incredibly helpful to have someone familiar with the equipment and knew it's history. Looking forward to having the furnaces well taken care of.

Our AC stopped working over night and I woke up to a sweltering 82 degree house (also, during our heat wave of 92 out). I called at 8am, and they were here by 1130a. Our service gentleman was fast, swift, and explained everything to me. He had our problem fixed within 20min, and now our AC is working better than it ever has before! I highly recommend this business; they’re fast, informative, and thorough. The price was fair, and we absolutely intend on using them for all our future needs.
