Indy was great to work with and we are so happy with our new patio! Indy worked with us to get a design that the city allowed, helped us meet our deadline to get the patio in before our fence was installed, and made sure the finished product was exactly what we wanted! I cannot recommend Golden Willow enough.
I needed my large retaining wall repaired and needed a reputable company to handle this project. Golden Willow came to the rescue! Their quote was the fairest one I received and the workmanship was outstanding. They completed the job in 2 days and the wall looks better than ever! Thank you Golden Willow! I have no words to describe enough how pleased I am with the work that Golden Willow Landscaping has done for me. From the very first moment when I met the owner until the last moment when the job was done the team did not stop to impress me with their promptness, work ethics, organizational skills, knowledge and professionalism. Even though in the beginning of the project I was a little bit nervous, the owner Indy has addressed all my concerns by walking me through every single step of the process with confidence and patience. I would recommend them in a heart beat for their unbeatable high quality work /price.

Indy and his crew were outstanding. Indy is exceptionally responsive. Returned calls promptly. The crew was courteous and always left the project neat and orderly at the end of the day. Even power washed the driveway at the end. Came on a Saturday to finish up. Amazing!!!
Helping to design the final look was immensely helpful. If you are in the fence, just go for it. You will not be disappointed.

If you are looking for a Landscape design company that listens to your ideas and will exceed your expectations, hire Golden Willow today. We had been unhappy with our landscaping for some time; previous companies never delivered what we were looking for. We explained what we wanted to Indy in lay terms and he not only listened but translated our descriptions into exactly what we expected. He showed us what he recommended and was very accommodating in adjusting a couple of plantings we preferred. He didn't try to convince us to accept what he offered; rather he engaged us in telling him what we wanted and he delivered. He and his crew were very friendly, on time, efficient, responsive to any last minute additions, and cleaned up when they were done. We couldn't be happier with their work. Indy is very responsive and kept us apprised about our project. They reset and cleaned all our brick planter edging to look like new. Their yard clean-up and mulching was outstanding. These guys are great.

Update: Indy and his team have since finished our project and I am super impressed with how it turned out. I can hardly wait to see what it looks like in spring when the new flowers and trees all bloom. We wanted to incorporate natural stone and fall interest foliage and add a unique twist to the front yard with retaining walls, a new sidewalk and updating the concrete patio, and they did just that. I was able to watch the progress on this project and Indy and his team worked efficiently, yet with strict attention to detail, making sure everything was done right. After they were done each day, the yard and area they had worked was left clean. Indy was courteous, flexible (when we asked him if he could transplant some bushes that were not part of the project), and always in communication if he or we had any questions, or just to let us know how things were going. Our positioning of the front door on our concrete patio slab did not allow the natural stone pavers to lay as well as it should, and Indy was able to come up with a solution to make it work. I really feel like we made the right choice utilizing Golden Willow and will use them again next year due to their professionalism. I found out that they also do seasonal mowing and snow removal and will hire them for lawn maintenance.

Golden Willow is getting ready to commence landscaping/hardscaping work on the front of our house this upcoming weekend. Although in most cases I would wait to write my review after the job is completed, I wanted to comment on the wonderful customer service we have received from Indy. Indy came out to our house several times over the last three months as we figured out how we were going to go about our project. He was always responsive when I called with questions or concerns and has been very easy to get a hold of. Not only that, he was friendly and courteous, even to my dog when he was consulting on my back yard. Indy also took time to explain why he used particular plants and trees for a certain area or even why he wouldn't recommend something. I was blown away when he showed me how everything would be set up using software. I'm a visual person and needed that. I have complete trust in Golden Willow and Indy, and I'm looking forward to updating this review after it's finished.

We worked with Golden Willow to build a large patio with built in gas fire pit, pergola, an outdoor kitchen and bar, and lots of seating area. We also redid our front landscaping to add rock and a wall then put in trees, shrubs, and mulch. Then we added lighting on the patio and front wall.
They were very responsive and worked with us to revise our vision with 3d models as we found a design that was acceptable price wise. The project took a little longer than we hoped with some delays caused by the pandemic.
The project was not without problems or a couple unplanned costs but Golden Willow worked hard to make sure that we had a yard and patio that we love and were satisfied with the final price. I would strongly recommended Golden Willow for any size landscaping or hardscaping project.

We hired Golden Willow to do multiple projects over the past year. They installed a paver patio, walkway, an additional paver patio area as well as a highly customized pergola in our back yard. Their work was outstanding, on time, within budget and of very high quality. The crew was always on time and Inda was very flexible as we changed our designs several times. Highly recommend them!!!
