Called to get a quote for a supply list of materials. I explained to the guy Kyle that it was a list of materials. He asked could I email it to him, he provided me his email address, I send over the material list, called the next day to verify, he said he did not receive, I verified his email and he assured me I had it correctly. I emailed the list was hoping by the end of the day that I would receive some, so that I could place the order with City Electric Supply. But cricket, nothing. He asked if I had an account I said no but I shop with City Electric all the time. Kyle, because of your laziness, you cost City Electric Supply 12k. Thanks to Advance Electric Supply for providing great service. Because of this guy Kyle and his laziness, I will never do business with City Electric Supply. I’ll go elsewhere and pay a premium for good service.
