I had a fantastic experience with Kevin from JT handling all my appliances. Matt, who I spoke with over the phone, was exceptionally courteous and friendly, always eager to address my concerns. Overall, their service was top-notch and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
We have had Kevin out several times in the last six months, once for dishwasher repair, and again for washing machine maintenance. Responses for our calls for service were rapid; parts that had to be ordered were received quickly. My wife and I are very pleased with J. T.'s service.

Kevin from JT's Appliances came to our home to take care of issues with multiple appliances.. Kevin completed the job methodically, explained everything and was very professional. Thank you for providing an exceptional customer service.

JT Appliance was quick to schedule an appointment to take care of my dryer issue. Kevin checked it out on Monday and needed to order a part to fix it. The part arrived very fast and was installed today (Wednesday). I would highly recommend JT Appliance. The dryer sounds great now!

My dishwasher stopped working so I called JT's Appliance repair. Mark was able to come the following day and within the time frame promised. He checked everything per the 'manual' and found the problem- a small chip from a plate had gotten caught in a discharge pump. No parts or repairs were needed and the labor cost was very reasonable. I am very happy and satisfied with this company!

Kevin with JT’s Appliance Repair was out to my house, diagnosed my refrigerator and said a lot of part for this model were no longer available including the part that was bad, but said he had a spare “generic” one in his vehicle that may fit, it did fit, I appreciate the fact he thought about the part he randomly had on his truck and took time to see if it would work!!!! Saved me from buying a new refrigerator!!!! Thank You again Kevin!!!

I don’t normally post positive experiences, but was very pleased with Kevin and the communication from this family run business at JT’s! You should not have any hesitation in having them when needing appliance repairs.

Kevin showed us a very simple solution to our washer problem and didn't make us feel stupid about not seeing the solution. We recommend JT's Appliance Repair highly.

Kevin from JT's was great to work with and did a great job of fixing up our washing machine as well as giving us some info and tips to keep in mind to keep it working for longer. Will for sure call again if we have any appliance issues in the future!
