Everyone we dealt with at CarpetsPlus was helpful and knowledgeable. The men did a beautiful job installing our hardwood floor. We would definitely recommend them.
All of the employees did a great job working with us through every step of the process. Once we selected our new carpet, the installers showed up on time, safely moved our furniture, and had everything taken care of in a few hours.
Great team, will buy from again!

Recently we had carpets plus install carpets in our 2 bedrooms. They were great to work with! Barry helped us pick carpet that would work within our budget and timeframe. We were in a bit of a time crunch as we are expecting very soon. He was able to find us a great price on carpet and we agreed on one he had in stock to reduce the wait time. We did have to have the installers come on 2 separate days because of the space constraints we had while moving our furniture out of the rooms. Both times they were fast and professional. They put down plastic from the front door to the bedrooms to reduce mud and debris coming in as it was of course down pouring both days. If you have any flooring needs I would highly recommend carpets plus and Barry! It was nice working with someone who was not out to up-sale us on things we did not need or want. He was very respectful and easy to work with.

Worked with Barry and the customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond from our first time walking in until the completion of the project. Would highly recommend him for anyone looking for any carpet/flooring projects. We will definitely be working with him again in the future!

We are very pleased with the work completed by Carpets Plus of Bloomington. We did our complete renovation at "one stop shopping" with tile work, carpet, and vinyl planking. Barry worked with us to find the products we wanted and made sure the job was completed by our set date. Installers also had years of experience and did a professional job.

I give our experience with Carpet Plus a 5 star rating. Barry, our salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. We never felt rushed or felt like he was trying to push us into buying something other than what we wanted. Mario, the installer, and his crew where great. They were very polite and professional. They did a fine job installing our flooring. We are very pleased and impressed with Carpet Plus, and will recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Carrie and Jason, and everyone I interacted with at CarpetsPlus was so kind and helpful throughout the process of getting new hardwood floors. Carrie was always available to help answer any questions I had, and kept me in the loop about the status of the project. She helped me pick out a beautiful floor, and addressed any concerns I had immediately. Jason and his crew did an amazing job with the flooring install, and they were always on time and very respectful. I've gotten many compliments on the new floor, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I'll definitely be back for any future flooring needs. Thanks Carrie and CarpetsPlus for helping me make my new house a home!

From beginning to end, the purchase, and install of the wood-look ceramic tile, wast phenomenal.
Chris McKinney is super easy to work with and accommodating. Chris brought the installer to do a final review of project who had tips and suggestions regarding the project.
The floor install went smoothly. The two installers, Jason and Kevin, were very professional, and cleaned up each day before leaving. They used an array of tools and gadgets to make sure the tiles were perfect and level.
Chris even stopped by one day to check that all was going well during the install.
The timeframe they gave was dead on, even arriving early February 2, the day of the big snowstorm that closed EVERYTHING in Bloomington. Carpets Plus has met and exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend. We will be going back for the next project of new carpeting!!!!
