Darren an his crew worked their butts off to replace my Geo Thermal unit. I appreciate everything they did. They took care to keep my carpets clean, and and clean up. Everything they did was explained and the unit was checked out thoroughly. I am happy with the price of the Geo unit and the installation. I would recommend Pro Air to anyone that needs an AC, Geo or furnace. Thank you to everyone that got me back up and running.

A lifesaver!! Our air conditioner stopped working the same day a heat advisory had gone into effect. I submitted a form late Sunday night requesting service, and received a call early Monday morning! I was informed of the overtime rates, with an option to have them come Monday night at OT, or wait until Wednesday for regular rates. Even a two-day wait seemed very impressive during this extremely hot weather! I thought for sure the wait would be even longer. I work from home so I opted for immediate service at the overtime rates. I was quoted a time between 5 - 9 p.m same day. At 3:30p, I received a call letting me know that they were ahead of schedule and could be here at 4:00! The service tech was very polite, very informative, and talked us through every step. He did not try to upsell us or overcharge with extra services. He was very honest with his opinion on what needed to be done and gave us options. He even told us when our dog got loose and was running around outside! ? Great turn around time, great service, would definitely use again!

The water was delivered on time and Chad, the driver was very cordial and efficient! The water needed very little chemical and is crystal clear after only 24 hours! Pro Air water is the way to go to fill your pool! There is an expense up front for the water, but it saves you money in the long term because you won’t spend money on chemicals! We live in the country where the well water is rusty and we usually can’t swim for a week! We can swim the day of the fill now!! I highly recommend Pro Air water service!!!

My A/C quit on me as the weather started to warm up. They were able to get a technician out the same night and I consider myself lucky to have had him out. He walked me through what he was doing as I asked questions, didn’t beat around the bush, and got my system what it needed to keep my family cool. We will be using pro air in the future for any maintenance and/or new systems for as long as we live in the area.
