Terrible experience recently worked their and everything was a horrible experience John lied to my face and told me that he would call me and say you can come back to work or would call me on Sunday if he still needs me and I never got a call or anything Terrible way to run a business. Also the scheduling wasn't right either never had a schedule or anything of a sort . Left voicemails and everything no call back or nothing. They don't give you a chance either with anything also Bobby one of the managers was rude. Not happy at all with this.
Recently hired Changing Seasons for a makeover on our home’s outdoor space, they did an amazing job! From the consultation to the final touches, the communication was great. All employees were highly skilled and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for landscaping services.

By far and away, Brandt and his company, Changing Seasons, is the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with for my landscape, hardscape and holiday lights. Brandt is the epitome of customer service and making sure every job is done correctly. His integrity and commitment to the customer has had a trickle down effect with all of his employees, as they also display these same traits. It's nice to work with great and personable people! Thank you Brandt for all you do to make our home so beautiful!!

Do not use this company for any lawn related services. I was traveling for work and asked this company to mow a small property during that time.
During that time, they have caused damage to my radon system and a couple different gutters, they have failed to show up for weeks at a time, and when they do mow, they failed to mow half the yard. How do I know? My security cameras, reports from my neighbors, and a ring doorbell camera from a house facing mine.
I came back and had weeds 3-4 feet tall that I had to remove myself.
The company will ignore complaints for weeks until they realize the topic won't be dropped.
The one good point in this company's favor is they will not mow a lawn that does not need it. If the grass is short, they will leave it and not charge for services rendered that week.

We have been using Changing Seasons for a few years now & have used different services they offer. They are AMAZING!! Everyone is extremely friendly & wants to help. These days customer service is neglected but not there! They communicate extremely well with their clients & give us complete respect & understanding! I wish everyone I did business with was this professional! They set the bar high!

My wife and I were looking for a local company to design and build a deck around our above ground pool. After talking to a handful of contractors we choose Changing Seasons as the company we wanted to work with. Brant made multiple trips to our house before construction began to scope out and plan the design the deck.He answered all of the questions my wife and I had and guided us in the right direction with all the local codes that were involved with the pool and deck. After the deck was designed and planned out Gibby came to our home and worked solo most days on the construction from start to finish. Gibby was friend and professional and worked hard to make sure the deck was everything that we imagined it to be. Thank you so much to everyone at Changing Seasons for the fine job you all did!

Jared & crew from Changing Seasons were very friendly and kept me informed on each phase of the work they were completing when landscaping around my home. They were friendly, efficient, and the communication I had with them was awesome from start to finish. They kept everything neat and tidy at the end of each work day. Explained everything in detail. They were very good about cleaning everything up around the house after their work was completed as well and that too was appreciated! Overall I was extremely happy with the whole experience and the awesome finished product!! Thank you Brandt & Kelly & team!! Look forward to future projects : ).

Can't recommend these guys enough! Super quick response time and took the time to come out and learn about what I was wanting done instead of sending a generic quote with no information. Scheduled for April 6th install and the guys arrived right on schedule and had it wrapped up in less than a day! Couldn't be happier with the new pergola over my back patio and looking forward to spending a lot of time out there this summer. Looking forward to working with Changing Seasons again in the future for other projects in my backyard!

We wanted to get all our mulch removed in our front and back landscaping and add brick edging and river rock in all of the landscaping. We looked into several quotes, and Changing Seasons was the most competitive and also got back with us very quickly as well. Our rep Brandt was really easy to work with, and provided all the quote modifications and answers to questions we requested in a timely manner each time. They quickly scheduled work for us, and got all the work done in about a day and a half. The end product was fantastic, they cleaned up quickly after work was complete, and the workers were quick to address any concerns we had as the work was completed. We highly recommend Brandt and his staff at Changing Seasons for any outdoor work you may need, and will definitely look at using them again for any future outdoor projects we might have.
