What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they'll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I'm not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.
I called them this morning and I had a technician named Derek came out immediately. I didn't have an emergency situation however I felt like it was a priority to him. I was needing to have a pair of key fobs remarried to my computer on my car. Once he was here and was able to look into what was needed for sure he told me that his counterpart that he works with has the tools that is needed to complete this job. So he told me he would be back in just a bit with the tools needed to complete this. Once he returned with the tools that were needed he started working on it and he did get them to be married to the computer on my car. But there was another small issue that I had it would not allow my car to start. So with his knowledge and understanding of how these things work he explained to me that there's another process that needs to be done but let me call my co-worker and find out he is more up-to-date on these things. He left a message on his coworker's phone and he finished up doing what he was doing with the two fobs that job was done. About 10 minutes after he had left I get a phone call which I didn't see it and he left a wonderful voicemail explaining to me exactly what his coworker told him that I needed to do. He told me that the year of car that I have was not able to be reset like it is needing to be so I can start my car. The knowledge that he brought and the co-worker knew about is awesome to have that kind of information. So I just want to say thank you to both of you guys for helping me with my problem and directed me on how to get it resolved. Most businesses don't go out of their way like this. You guys have got a great reputation in my town that I grew up in and you will continue to be in that same light when it comes to me or my family needing locksmith services.

This place is something else. The entire store is so amazing. On top of that, they have the best people and the best service. Also, everyone in the store is extremely talented and is the one stop store for all your lock and key needs, whether it’s for your house or your car.

Got my keys done quickly and was out in less than 10 minutes. I am so happy they can make trailer keys. I have people I loan my trailer to that lose my keys. Also, I had a Honda pilot smart key replaced here. They did a nice job of cloning the one I brought in.

So I have a very old house and I had a door that gave me problems for years. I couldn't find the hardware anywhere! I have a 2 year old that kept trying to get upstairs, and it was a pain in the rear! Then I took it to bills and they quickly fixed it! The staff was super cool and the inventory they had is incredible, definitely worth a look! Once it was fixed they even mailed it back as I live a hour away. I would not hesitate to go shopping there and make sure you check them out for your door and hardware needs!!!
