Pipe burst in my bathroom and I had to turn the water off and get someone over. These guys responded super quickly and got my toilet fixed and water running again super quickly. Would recommend 10/10
Suarez came out to fix a botched plumbing job from another company. Polite and professional, he showed me everything he was doing as he did it. So happy with the results. Fair and reasonable

They don't have a plumbing license number displayed on their website. This is not legal in the state of Illinois where they are operating. They advertise under reputable plumbing companies names and mislead people when they call. I've already contacted the department of health and I encourage you to do so as well if you were served by them.

Terrible experience. Told me it would take a week receive the replacement for a leaking pump in my basement. Took 2 weeks and I had to call them for an update instead of them updating me. The plumber no showed 3 times in the same week to actually install the pump. After complaining they promised he would be out on Saturday that same week(4th attempt). No showed again and company never called to follow up. Due to their unprofessionalism and delays over the course of a month additional damage was cause in my basement to drywall and framing...... After the 4th no show, I called Aleck Plumbing they had someone out the same day and fixed the issue, for a fraction of the cost too!!! Stay away from USA Plumbing. Terrible experience
