Scam and liar. Should never called this guy again. every time they come you have to pay $75 service fee.plus repair charged with the same problem.

Contacted them in the middle of the night, had a response bright and early that they were available to come out that day. Very responsive to the inquiry submitted and phone calls afterwards. Technician Ali came out and was super knowledgeable and informative. He was quick and clean. My washing machine was old and the leak caused massive rust over time which he showed me, so I have to purchase a new one, but it was good to know I couldn’t fix it. Felt the service was very reasonable, $79 fee that could have been applied to repairs. Thank you again!

He was honest and told me the truth about the problem with my washer. He fixed my washer, installed the dryer and checked that everything is working fine. Super disappointed that my dryer was not fixed and all of the assessments that we paid to have someone come out for could have easily been made over the phone. I wish the person who answered the phone would have simply asked a few questions which I could have easily answered over the phone and said what the technician said, which was (it heats up, not clogged with a bunch of lint and stuff and spins) and the only other shots in the dark to try and fix it would be a $300 or a $500 fix. Obviously not worth fixing and I would have saved the $90 to come out, tell me what I already knew and not fix it. Disappointed. However, at least the technician was nice. They even came out same day. I just will never get rid of the feeling like the company purposely set it up so the technician had to come out (didn't come with the materials to fix it anyway even if I wanted to waste more money). I would never call or recommend this company because of that distrust.

This company was extremely helpful. I called on a Monday and they swiftly answered and was able to come the next day. Gentlemen-worker came to look at my oven and had it fixed in no time. What I appreciated the most is that he took the time to explain what was happening.The pricing very reasonable and everything done with high commitment. He was also kind enough to look at my oven. Now I cook with great pleasure!
