We worked with Real Restoration Group on recent repairs to our condo in River North; they came recommended through our insurance company. Although we were remote in New York City, the company managed the project smoothly from start to finish. They went out of their way to make sure our condo management office--which can be persnickety--had everything it needed well in advance so there were no issues. And all of the work (wood floor replacement, plumbing, etc.) was done to a very high standard. Kasia Jarosz in particular is a superstar, the best and most organized contractor we've ever worked with. We would definitely work with Real Restoration Group again in the future.

I needed my kitchen redone after some water damage and StateFarm directed me to Real Restoration. They did a great job on the remodel and more importantly were very professional and communicative throughout. Mike Hahn was super helpful in talking to StateFarm, and I'm also very grateful to Greg Hucko who managed the project. Would call up Real Restoration again if I needed work done.

We had a really great experience with Real Restoration! We had water damage on multiple floors due to a sink left running all day on the second floor. They were great working with insurance to fix everything that was damaged. We added several things on since our house was going to be a mess anyways. They were very accommodating, professional, patient, and genuinely nice (from the managers that we worked with to any of the workers). They are a full service contractor, and since we needed a new vanity, new flooring in the bathroom, new carpet throughout, new flooring in the kitchen, new paint, and much more, they coordinated everything and made it very easy for us! My house looks beautiful! They did an outstanding job- we are extremely happy!
