Deck Doc did an amazing job on my large deck. It looks better than ever. I would hire them again in a second and I am looking forward to them maintaining my deck over the next many years. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
Deck Doc was extremely professional - their approach to staining decks is so extremely detail oriented and meticulous that it’s basically watching an artist at work. To add to it, I was working on a side project as we were getting a quote to redo our deck and the person I was working with took time out of their day after hours to provide advice over the phone on multiple occasions. Class act. Will be using them again in the future. That’s for sure!

Deck Doc once again provided exceptional, quality workmanship refinishing our deck. All work was done according to our plan, with care and great attention to the details. I definitely recommend Deck Doc. They are professional, (and I don't use that term lightly), responsible, doing what they say they will do, and they are true craftsman.

This is second job for which we've hired Deck Doc to repair damage to wood on our balconies. They continue to be reliable, are easy to work with and do high quality work.

We had an amazing experience working with DeckDoc getting the wood decks and facades of our 3-story townhomes power washed and stained after many years of wear, weather damage, and minimal maintenance.
After filling out a request online, George came out and took a look at our property. He gave us a very competitive estimate with detailed breakdowns of the work we requested as well as recommendations on what areas didn't require anything to help keep down the overall costs. He was happy to recommend products that would have a long life span and provide the best value for our money. We were impressed with how knowledgeable he was and felt more confident in Deckdoc than the 4 other companies we had previously contacted. We scheduled the work out a couple months in the future and Deckdoc was accommodating of our request for a specific start date once we put down our deposit.
When it came time to do the work, George was in constant communication with us confirming the work days and answering our questions. The power washing crew showed up on time and were very professional. They thoroughly cleaned all of the wood surfaces until they looked like new again! The crew even took the time to power wash our windows and walkways when they were done with the wood work.
George and his crew provided a recommendation for the best stain product to use and the color that would give us the best coverage on our wood surfaces. They gave us samples of the various products to compare and George was happy to answer all of our questions once we had gotten it narrowed down. We felt extremely confident in their recommendations.
After a couple of days for the wood to dry, the staining crew came out and did another fantastic job. All of our windows and doorways were completely taped off and protected with plastic and they even put down tarps/ sheets over our landscaping and brick walkway to protect them while they worked with the stain. They sanded down the rough surfaces, did all of the staining work, and the entire area was cleaned up once they were done. If it wasn't for all of the newly stained wood, you wouldn't have even known they had been there.
Simply put, the completed project looks fantastic! It feels like we are living in a new building. We couldn't be happier with Deckdoc's professionalism from start to finish. George was responsive to all of our requests, answered all of our questions along the way, and helped to ensure that we got the best value for our money. We are so glad we chose Deckdoc to do our project and we will definitely use them again in the future!
