Best elevator company in Chicago
The Elevator Industries of Illinois team has been a tremendous help to us, providing excellent elevator services with great attention to detail. They have demonstrated excellent communication skills and even helped us in two elevator emergencies. We are extremely grateful to Chad and the entire team for their help. Thank you very much!

I wish I could rate this company at 0 stars. Half the technicians are rude and unprofessional, or not knowledgeable. They routinely cancelled appointments on me - frequently at the very last minute, and Dan, the "account executive" for Universal Elevator stalled for MONTHS on a critical elevator repair, citing all kinds of problems with finding a tech to come out, or often not responding to my emails/voicemails at all. This is not the way you treat customers. This is not the way to do business. This is disgusting, especially considering how much you charge for your "service". Bottom line, avoid this company at all costs. They are BAD.
