I've never left a review for a company before but since they won't return calls or emails I don't have any other choice. For the third straight year they have failed to do my elevator inspection for the state and I'm being fined. Even with a service contract costing thousands of dollars they have been no help. Have started the process of finding a new company so I can hopefully get this done before my 60 day extension lapses.
